2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk Review.
I reviewed this 2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk while my Lexus was in the shop after having someone back into it. This Jeep Compass Trailhawk is not such a bad little...car. I’d hardly consider it a Jeep, but allow my review to express why, and allow you to form your own opinion!

Toyota RAV4 2010 Limited. Is it the right family SUV for YOUR growing family?
มุมมอง 10K6 ปีที่แล้ว
Is this 2010 Toyota RAV4 a good fit for your growing family? I go through the ins and outs of this little compact SUV and show you the cargo space, as well as how well car seats fit into this SUV and how well things like double strollers fit into the back when you have both kids, MEANING you can't fold down any of the back seat. My purpose to my channel is to show you things like how car seats ...

Volvo trucks especially when they merged with Mack had numerous issues and I wouldn't recommend one even though they are extremely comfortable and look nice. I know what big rig nowadays doesn't have alot of issues especially with the scandalous epa garbage that is required to be in them. I usually had good luck with Freightliner. Peterbilts are nice especially the older pre def versions but are extremely expensive and scandalously admired so part stores and diesel mechanics see you coming miles away. The big rig market is really a overly scandalous one considering the price for what you get in terms of quality. For a house price these vehicles should be bulletproof. Have the time the tech and trim pieces are 20 year old designs. I haven't met a trucker or diesel mechanic that can tell me a big rig that doesn't break down often or expensive to maintain, its always a compromise and accepting the gorilla in the room and looking at whatever positive they can find for accepting that fate without trying to offend. Trucking is a very arduous job that is far too under appreciated and highly under paid considering the risk and regulations. I applaud your willingness to ignore that and do what every American needs to function day to day. Everything is delivered by truck one way or the other. So I appreciate all that have the patience to do what so many can't. Keep the shiny side up ✌🏽🇺🇸

Perhaps being a Jeep fan you've most likely had better results then the majority of people who own them hence their terrible reliability ratings. Always wanted a Grand Cherokee but have been reluctant to own one due to Fiat/Chrysler vehicles are poor in quality and fail often prematurely. Lexus is by far the better manufacturer and too bad you got this Jeep while your better built vehicle is being worked on. Keep the shiny side up trucker ✌🏾🇺🇸

If you take this Trailhawk off roading. Please consider installing All Terrain tires -reason? The M&S tires sidewalks are not design for rocky roads. I like the BFG Trail Terrains 225/65/r17 tires.

This is a third generation Rav4, one of the best versions on the highway. If tended to and properly taken care of will last a GTO Good Toyota Owner a very longtime. Solid vehicle for the money.

The SUVs themselves are great, but that 5.4 3 valve is garbage. I would never recommend these trucks to anyone, myself. It isn't just spark plug problems. They have timing chain problems, cam phasers problems, VCT solenoid problems, valve train rocker arm problems... you name it, lol. One of the biggest piles to ever roll off of a Ford assembly line. Seen so many of these trucks (especially F-150s) sitting in a yard with grass growing around them, because the engine blew up. Stay away from ANYTHING with a 3v engine. Some people get away without problems, but it's not worth the risk.

These would be the best if they kept the 2v engine style like they had in the 03 expeditions (same body different engine) also they are known for faulty security systems, fuses boxes frying, the fuel pump emergency cut off switch malfunctioning killing the truck for no reason, and of course the notorious cam phasers and bad lifters (make a diesel and ticking noise) that kill the engine.

How are you buddy, just wanted to share my story.. in September 2017 i traded my 2004 expedition and got a 2006 King Ranch that looked flawless, no rust in the undercarriage, ran great, 1 owner, original coil over shocks instead of air suspension. 90K miles all the bells and whistles, I paid $12,000.00 . within that year i had to change 2 brake calipers, ALL the brake lines, all 8 spark plugs and coils, the gas pump control module, 4 wheel hubs, and had to rebuild the transmission. In 2019 all front suspension parts were changed and the transmission went out again because coolant from the radiator got in. in all $6,500. in repairs. in my case it wasn't a good experience. my 04 was great we had to get rid of it because rust got into the frame. would i buy another one... ONLY a 2009 model...that year Ford perfected their engine and body. i told my wife who refuses to get rid of it that the next time it brakes down to call me AFTER she calls the junk yard to pick it up. i know you win some...you lose some but i had enough.

Found a '04 EB 2 years ago but I wanted a Limited, those are extremely hard to find. Anywho it's one hell of a beast and reliable as hell. When I bought it for just under 5k I only had to replace rockers(typical rust) front brake lines, repaint back hatch door, 1 pulley wheel for serpentine belt and that's it. Suspension was all good up until 2 months ago so I just replaced all of it, front and back and put a 2 inch lift in front to "sit her up". Brakes, rotors, upper/lower control arms. She rides so smooth! BTW it had 148,000 on the dash and to date I'm at 171,000 all highway miles as my job it 20 mins from be on the highway. Also I see you keep yours in 2wd I keep min in aw4wd is that a prob?

I'll stick with my 2003 Expedition. My sister had an 06 and that 3 valve 5.4 was just such a turd. I did all kinds of crap and would still a get random misfires. I had her get rid of that thing. I'll stick with the 2 valve 5.4.

Use full synthetic 5w20 and change the oil every 3-4k miles. The have one piece platinum plugs now so once changed you don't have as much of a risk of breaking them. Change the coils at the same time and you should be good for awhile.

Joe Dunkle Use only the latest Motorcraft plugs and hand start them. Once you get them started then over torque them past the factory torque recommendation. Factory torque spec is like 14ft lbs. Go up to about 21-22lbs. Lil bit of anti-seize on them. Issue solved.

I had an 05 expedition Eddie Bauer 4x2. Sold it when the trans started leaking. I then test drove different newer expeditions (2012 and 2014). They did not feel as powerful and confortable as the older model. I miss my 05. I got a suburban, which is okay, but I miss the responsive engine and the handling of the expedition. Maybe in the future I can find one like yours. 06 4x4 with a sunroof.

I miss my 2003. It was nicely equipped for my needs as an XLT. Now that I have kids I wish I had it back. It hauled my landscape trailer and people well. I love the ride and handling the IRS in my Ford compared to a chevy Tahoe or Suburban of any age with a live rear axle.
