yeah...agree...was watching streamers playing and it seems bit more easy as Namalsk now.

In his blog Sumrak was saying that no fishing on Namalsk after 1.26. There is some mod that allows. Most likley you playing on some specific moded server that allows that, but there should not be frozen lakes on Namalsk now.

@@freddydayz ok but up until now you could fish on frozen lakes, that was the feature of "vanilla " namalsk, no extra mods. And I hope they remove that damage from warm food. Thats a biggest nonesence of namalsk. I can eat steak straight out of fire with no problem.

@@17MrLeon sorry mate, just checked every lake on Namalsk and none of them is frozen. Vanilla feature on every map now will be that eating hot food character gets damage. But its very little.

Namalsk is a top 3 community map. Dont think it will go away with Sakhal. And not eweryone want to spend 30$ for map.

This is the first season they’ve ever done with no bases. They still do bases on their other maps.

Good servers are those who have less then 10 mods!

​@@piggybaggy242its endless debate and in the end I would say thats more a thing of taste. MGZ servers have very little mods and leand twords vanilla style.

@@piggybaggy242. I’d give it a go. The mods that are on the list are very subtle, and it keeps the map creators vision of how it needs to be played in mind.

i was always confused that there is no socks on dayz characters.

thats on very buttom. you on 4:00 you see small passage where to enter it. its on very right side there.

there are books in game. can read them and try solve it by that way.

@@freddydayz I mostly understand the story, it's just a combination of things from TV shows the guy likes so it actually is incoherent when combined. I mostly was referring to the more granular details though like this video of how to actually get through the temple, not just that he included the dumb smoke monster from lost.

@@berdyderg900 the cool thing is that Deer Isle with all its flaws are one man project. He does not have development, marketing, writing team to make it all perfect and despite that Deer Isle shares Nr.1 podium place with Namalsk. If you want to see how do all quest line need to check other vidoes. This one is just running thru underground temple.

@@freddydayz but namalsk was also made by one dude as a passion project and it doesn't have tons of glaring issues, it's actually probably my favorite map of any video game I've ever played. It's brilliant and makes complete sense internally as you progress through the story, deer isle has a Russian aircraft carrier somehow captained by an American who encounters the smoke monster from a bad TV show lol

you should watch video and will explain how to get there. One part is underground and you can not access it just like that.

not that sure. they these color symbols that indicate how full is tank. Filing it did not took much of fuel.

quest is an achievement in itself and it's the adventure that counts, not the reward. also it must be said that heavy modded servers with loot+ with jug arrmor and one-tappers reduces JMC weaponry. If you played on a Vanilla+ style server, where DayZ is still DayZ, you would understand that JMC weapons are very OP and such a reward gives big benefits in PVP.

@@freddydayz Namalsk mission end prize is the Vegan serum, made u invisible to zombies. That Id say is worth the adventure. The combat system in DayZ is too broken to have a gun as the end prize of an adventure like this.

@@Jonty161 Its first time I hear that people goes to Lantia to get zombie serum. By Namalsk vanilla settings its possible to get best Vanilla guns in Lantia. Most popular Namlask servers have added Gauss rifle to have cool prize at the end. People are not looking for serums but cool guns as a prize.

@@freddydayz The vega serum, its real and on Lantia. Guass rifle is useless, ammo is rare. What use is a guass rifle or snow owl when any other is fine, Iv taken out fully geared players with heavy punches... snow owl is not worth it. Vega serum however is cool. Imagine looting a military area dense with zombies bt they dont see u, thats a tactical advantage in a world filled with zombies.

@@freddydayz The M4 is Lantia specific yes, I find the injector serum is much more valuable.

not really...Alteria and Deer Isle Vanilla guns are 1 tappers, but getting them is very hard.

Alteria is very small map. Its about same size as Namalsk.

that's on very bottom of bunker where long ladder leads. on right corner is that passage. ussualy diving tank spawns down there. It sometimes might spawn at underground station as well.

@@freddydayz Yes 😁 from 0:35 to 0:42 it sounded nice with the beat/rythem 👍 And the words "Sometimes might be crazy' was the line that was perfect in sync with the music I thought.

yeah..there are some other smallers bunkers, tuneals and some industrials what was not on experimental.

Servers might change settings and add more dynsmic events to spawn special stuff but by vanilla.settings cards should be on towers. If they not there you should ask that to server admins you play

@@waiNN__ thats bit moded server. Migh have changed stuff a lot. Maybe just unlucky. Might be looted besoue of high pop.

@@waiNN__ I used to play very often on that server and that server is almost 24/7 overpopulated for the size of the map and its almost always full with 70/70 players during the day, I believe its still in towers in that server, you just didnt had the luck you need due the amount of players in that server
