This is not how it works ,Odin can’t take heals powers ,he could take thors hammer and that’s all Thor was bond to the hammer and so was his power(at the time) if his power wasn’t bound to the hammer Odin wouldn’t be able to take away his powers away ,but thors hammer had enchainments placed on it by Odin ,unlike hela her powers are literally hers the thing on top of her head is apart of her body if can just be removed lol ,it’s apart of her very body ,so Odin can’t really take away her powers

His daughter was annoying in this movie... Very annoying

Yeah, prevention without sufficent reason is not a good strategy, Odin (and no, just because it may or may not be a potential threat in the who-knows-when future, is not sufficent)

I'm sorry... I just... don't enjoy Marvel's depiction of Hel :/ Youngest daughter of Loki and Angrboa, sister of Fenrir and Jormungandr, the ruler of the dead through being forced to carry that crown by Odin despite her not being an Aesir, through the entirety of her rule over the dead she never once complains, falters, or fails in her task or abuses her position... Constantly providing for the dead that the Aesir either ignore or deem ''unfit'' for their halls. Her one moment of rebellion against the Aesir, her one defiant act, lending her ''armies of the dead'' to her father Loki, so that he may have an army to combat Odin's Einherjar during Ragnarök. Marvel instead has her as a ruthless ''disposable'' weapon... And Marvel has Garm masqueraded as Fenrir for some reason.

She ain’t wrong though, she clearly had a sweet nature and then Odin purposely raised it out of her to make her a fighter and than suddenly decided to change his mind and expected his daughter to just stop being the exact thing he raised her to be. Odin is clearly a shit father, he could raise any of his children right. Sure his “lesson” depending on universe did lead to good hero’s but only because he was a shit father that couldn’t just raise them to be that way to begin with. Dude had to wait until his kids were at such a low and were such a disappointment or disobedient to decide that maybe he should do something about it.

This was so disappointing because when I saw this in the trailers, I thought we were about to get an army of Ant-Men fighting against Kang. That way, Kang gets to feel powerful by obliterating Antman, but it doesn't matter because there's an army of him that swarms like an ant army.

in the comics, mjolnir would never obey an order to attack odin so this is kind of silly
