Fantastic game. Got all 8 endings after 3 full playthroughs. Best time is 4.5 hours and got 37/44 trophies!

Our stories are oddly similar. I was also close to 400lbs, and also lost around 200lbs. My sleep studies were coming back with 94 occurrences an hour. I was falling asleep constantly no matter how much sleep was getting. The hair on my legs fell off due to swelling and bad circulation. I was pre-diabetic and extremely unhappy with my life. I got covid and was so scared of dying because I was considered high risk. Due to COVID I didn’t eat bad for a few weeks, and noticed I’d lost some weight. I decided to just keep going because I was unhappy and drowning in medical bills. I lost around 200lbs by being strict about my diet and walking at least 10k steps a day. I no longer need a cpap machine (weight loss stopped my snoring all together), and I look forward to my yearly physical now. Life is SO much better on the other side. Getting there is incredibly hard though. Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you took ‘the easy way out’. Surgery or not, anyone who has accomplished weight loss will tell you the true battle is keeping the weight off. I regained 30lbs because I fell back into old habits, and I’m working on losing them again. 80-85% of people who lose a lot of weight gain it back, and I refuse to become a statistic.
