I would assume any milk or dairy product thats not from A2 cows...the reason why it would rob you of calcium is because it doesnt have Vitamin k2 right? A2 MILK = K2 which along with VD3 from the milk would make the calcium ...well it should make the calcium go to the bones and not soft tissue as so many researchers claim lately...
How much THYME was used in this recipe
God knows what he's doing.❤

👍 How if we put crystalized Honey in direct sunlight for 4 to 6 hours with outer temperature around 40 degree centigrade for decrystallization ? By doing so will natural properties of honey will be destroyed or not ?
Thank you for this video
My pleasure!
I'm about halfway done with your video I was wondering if most of the milk in the stores that are sold is A1? As I've seen one place I think that has a2 milk and that's whole foods. I usually get my milk from whole foods from the glass bottle. But I might switch over to that a2 stuff. As I have a terrible case of Crohn's disease and I would love to get Raw milk but I live on Cape Cod and that is about useless try to even think about getting something like that here. I think I would have to travel like 2 and 1/2- 3 hours to Central or Western Mass to get that type of milk
Yes, in the United States, most commercial milk will be A1. With so many small dairy farmers struggling to compete with the corporate farms, many have gotten smart and started breeding to have only A2 cows, giving them a new market. You can occasionally find A2 milk at the stores. There is one brand that has the title A2, but do your due diligence and make sure you're getting A2 milk. Regulations allow for a product to be labeled something that is not 100%. When you look at the label, it says "contains A2 milk". Try to find those that have something that indicates the milk is all from A2 genetic cows. I know this is a tough one, especially since options in the U.S. are limited and when you live in an area where raw milk is banned or restricted...and even those may not be A2. First step is awareness. Best wishes on your search and in your healing journey!
Foxborough mass would be closest for you im from Massachusetts i go there to get mine
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks for posting this! This was interesting information that I've been curious about, and couldn't really find a clear and digestible video like this one :)

How much time are you using?
What utter crap.
Love this. Amen to you sister. Thank you
I just bought a lemon seedling ... my folks have a big southern facing sunroom. I’ll place it there until it gets big enough to be outside in the summer and still keep it inside during the winter. I live in the Missouri ozarks
This is still a chemical explanation of an electrical event. It isn't just the nitrogen released by lightning that makes the plants grow.
This is amazing never knew this I assume the bolts would need to be near you to benefit I dunno but wow .
