PC Version is the best. With the STY Editor you can edit the traffic pool. You can add the Tow Truck and unmarked gang cars to the traffic. They are disabled in Singleplayer variants in Downtown, Res and Industrial

how do you get the vmu to work with usb? i have a setup like this usb4maple - USB C to Dual USB Female Adapter Type C to Dual USB Splitter - one end psx adapter with control and other end is the usb stick. control works but vmu not detected. does usb stick have to be fat32 or ntfs? a specific size? should the stick be empty or is there a folder/file i need to add to it? theres 0 information on how to get vmu working on usb stick. Im using gdemu with openmenu on sd card. is it because im using a splitter and not a hub?

Man I was stoked originally when I heard it was coming out on DC then I was basically done playing it after one day realizing there was no car damage and the radio restarts when you get back into the car. It coulda been 2nd to the pc port but Rockstar really butchered this one.
