A good friend donated his boat and trailer to me. The boat is currently docked and needs to be pulled out of the water and have some restoration work done to it. I have a relatively new Dewalt Hot Glue gun that all of a sudden stopped working. Here is how I fixed it mine about $1.50, instead of buying another $45 one to replace it.
