You have a beautiful collection.Love your pots too!!!
Hi!! Fellow Planty channel here. Wow!! What an amazing collection. I love your style. I’m sooo jelly you are from AZ! I went in Feb and it was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Flew into Tempe for the innings fest! I love all of your pots and am also into pot styling. I’m so glad you popped up on my feed! Can’t wait to check out some more of your vids!! 💚
Finally someone in Phx! I need help with indoor pothos. They always die on me. I am getting used to using my meter, but I need help! What do you suggest? Should I only use distilled water and what kind of fertilizer? Thanks
You may try not tapping your fingers on everything
@@LindaBritton-jw5vf thank you for this feedback!
Congratulations on surpassing 1k subscribers!! I love houseplant styling videos, totally my obsession.
@@SheHasPlants thank you so much 🥹🥹 it’s been a goal of mine since 2021 😭 I can’t wait to make more videos like this! I’m looking forward to your videos as well 🫶🪴
I knew immediately when I saw your background in the intro you were from AZ 😂 Hi from Northern Phoenix! I’d love to hear more of what works and doesn’t work outdoors for you since I’m kind of new to AZ :)
Hey, Milly - just found you this Christmas morning! So happy to see someone else who is as obsessed with plant placement as me! I love the final result...great job! Subscribed and looking forward to more of your content. 👏🏽🪴👏🏽💚
@@lisaaguirre3756 thank you SO much for this comment. I’m so happy to have you here! More content coming soon after new years 🫶🪴 Hope you are having a wonderful holiday!
The final result is great! What is the beautiful plant that is on the table in front of your sofa?
I am so happy you enjoyed 🪴🥹 The plant on my coffee table is a philodendron Price of Orange! I have had it for over four years - it is one of my favorite plants. It is the easiest and happiest plant I own!
I have a floating aquarium plant called frogbit and the leaves look almost identical to your peperomia plant😎
You have some really cool plant pots but the one with the Asian scene painted on it is definitely my favorite I also love that it looks super old like it was painted 100s of years ago🔥🔥
I wanna know where you got the plant pot with the Asian scene on it I was just looking for a plant pot like that the other day and I can't find one🤔
New subscriber I just seen a video a couple days ago about pothos It said what people think of as the pothos was renamed 4 times within 100 years and it’s not really a species of pothos but I can’t think of it’s real name
Love and enjoy your plants 🪴 content
Thank you so much for this comment 🥹 It means so much to me and my plants 🪴🤭
I loved watching you styling the shelf. I don’t think pictures fit on the bottom shelf, but it’s your home and your style. Do whatever makes you happy ❤
Thank you so much for this feedback! I am happy you enjoyed the video 🥹 I am sure by next month I will have rearranged things once again 👀🤣
@ I do it constantly as well. I love to display my plants so they don’t look like a big pile of green leaves. I love your planters. I’m the pot person. I mostly have cacti and succulents I love handmade pottery, pairing plants with pots, and staging them.

I tried Beneficial Nematodes from Natures Good Guys last year and I haven't had a fungus gnat problem since. A little spendy but they worked great.

Hey, I love the final result! The Dioon table is just gorgeous!!!! I would change the red table on the left with something else though 😁 I imagine there something slimmer and taller, could either be a vintage metal plant support like 3 tier one, or maybe a tall slim wooden table painted yellow or even green? 🙃
@@greensbydeea the table for the Dioon is my favorite 😭 I’m so glad you love it too! I’ve also been thinking about switching the red table up so I LOVE these ideas! You might try the string of dolphins hanging off the side of the shelf. My place is very cottage, so I thrift cake stands for risers. You can also try turning a cute pot upside down and using that for a riser.
I love that idea for the string of dolphins! Also cake stands is such a good idea. Your space sounds so cool! I love that you get creative with plants too 🪴

So fun to see! I live near Seattle, so cactus isn't something we do here.
I’m glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching! I bet the houseplants love the humidity in Seattle though 🤭🪴
@@millysvines They do! It's currently 52% in my basement apartment.
@@debbibowen that is amazing 😭 in Arizona we have to really work hard to try to get even 30% humidity in our homes 🤣🥲
The cactus with the toppings are cephaliums. They grow on Melocactus and other species. Pretty Sago Palm you got. Awesome nursery you toured.
Thank you so much for sharing this! I had no clue what those were but I’m so excited to learn more about it. I could stay in that place for hours 🥹 Thank you for watching!
purple passion plant is one of my favorites, but so far its been the hardest plant to keep happy. once i switched it to water and propagated it, the plant became much happier and bigger than it ever was in soil. i use foliage pro fert.. maybe the soil i used needed more drainage. does anyone have tips on how to care for this plant?
i have the same problem with my silver sword!! the bottom leaves constantly keep yellowing and falling off and i’m always left with only a few leaves at the top
UGH! I can’t decide if I feel better or worse knowing others have this problem too 🤣😭 I literally can’t do it anymore even though she’s one of my favorites 🥹
I kiled the Jungle Velvet no doubt. Really difficult if you dont nail down the watering and humidity. And I dont care for syngonium either
@@danispriggs7818 My jungle velvet is kind of struggling more and more so I’m getting a little stressed about it 🤣 Also you are one of the first ones to agree with me on syngoniums!
I have birds of paradise, zone 9a Texas. They do well on my apartment patio, probably get like 3 hrs of sunlight hitting them but mostly are in shade. I wouldn’t put them in dapple sunlight all day. Just a shaded area where the sun may hit only a little. If it’s extremely hot like 100f or more I would just move them to full shade. I bought 3 very small ones like in 3 inch containers off amazon. Was worried buying plants off amazon. But they arrived and all of them are alive and grown a lot in just 9months
@@Thomasgonzaleswd this is so good to hear! BOP are one of my favorite plants so I’m desperate to get the hang of them down. It sounds like yours are thriving! Thank you so much for these tips. I’m hoping I can try it again soon 🪴🥹
The majority of my collection is Anthurium, once I found the care they like, most of them are easy. I haven't really explored with a lot of different genera (genuses), but I have a hoya mathilde super silver and 4 new hoyas now. 1 variegated alocasia black velvet that is really loving a pon and tree fern mix (my only one that survived my depression period because it was in a humidity dome with a bunch of seedlings) and that's probably it for now. A couple of my plants that did not do well with me, so I gave them to my dad; it was just a space and lighting issue. xD I found moss poles to be tricky for me, I can be lazy sometimes with watering and you can't do that with moss poles. I tried philodendrons at the beginning of my journey, though I might try them again. Philodendron pink princesses I find are really pretty, but they don't open up well and just get stuck, so I was over that real quick.
@@stephaniebarnes2956 I wish I was brave enough to get an anthurium! For some reason they intimate me 😭🤣 But they are so beautiful. I think Hoyas are my favorite species currently. I love philos too but they absolutely do the glass slipper thing with new leaves and it’s a pain. I also agree with moss poles! I’m horrible at keeping them moist so I won’t let myself have more than three. I love the sound of your collection though! And thank you so much for watching 🪴🥹
Love your space and the lighting! Your plant styling is beautiful! I agree on the point about Ficus Audrey/ and fiddle leaf fig, but I love Ficus elastica, either the classic green or tinieke are my favourites. They grow pretty quickly and are super hardy, I have never had pest issues on mine either. Also they prop super easy too.
@@Rainerine thank you so much! And I love to hear this about the ficus varieties. I think they are beautiful but I’ve struggled with them. I’m happy yours are thriving! Maybe I need to get another one 🤭👀
I can’t believe she doesn’t like anthurium.
@@jacobbridges9075 oh I love them! They just don’t love me 🤣🪴🥹
Yeah the audio isn’t that great, sounds grainy
@@JustTheFacts530 thank you for this feedback 🫶 I will look into this!
Great job!
My Aglaonema never had any pasts. I had the ‘Siam Aurora’ gave it to a friend because she loves pink colors in a plant. I would definitely repurchase another one, it was a care-free plant for me and grew beautifully! Watered it once a week or when it was about 1/2 dry.
I’m so happy yours has been doing well! There truly is nothing like the color ways that Aglaonemas have so it’s likely I will try again 🤭 Thank you for sharing these tips!
A lot of plants that are on your list, are on mine also, and for the same reasons...
@@cyc7lops I was hoping I wasn’t alone with at least some of these 🥹😭 love them all but I just can’t…
Carnosa Compacta. Impossible to treat for the mealies that will certainly set up house. I MAY try once more, using a systemic constantly, but once you get mealies, there's no getting rid if them.
@@debbibowen I almost had this one on my list! I have the variegated version and haven’t had mealies (yet). But it’s super temperamental and takes forever to grow. I say try it one more time with the systemic and we will pray it works! They are so pretty once they get long 😭
@@millysvines Grab some systemic now and thank me later! I use Bonide Systemic Granules - label is mostly red, so you can find it easier!
@@debbibowen amazing! I just ordered some 🤭 early Christmas gift to myself 🤣 The things we do for our plants
@@millysvines Read the label when you get it - it even kills fungus gnat larvae and all sap suckers!
I am a new viewer of your channel glad to find another newer TH-camr Creator. I too have a planty channel it’s hard to get on peoples feed! 😂 I agree with you when plants don’t perform well or I start falling out of love with one I will get rid of it. So far that hasn’t happened, but there are a few on my radar.
So happy to find your channel! I just subscribed 🫶🪴 It took me years to admit that some plants are just a no for me but I was a little nervous to share this video 🤭 Thank you so much for watching!
@ Thank you Milly I also subscribed to yours too! 💜 I understand why you are nervous there are a lot of people out there that seem to think we owe them because we make videos when in reality we owe no one anything. 😂 I do it for me and no one else lol. Trolls be gone!
Hello. I agree with you so much on each of these; Silver Sword, I thought it was just me and Wildfern. Dieffenbachia, only 1 left in my collection. I’m tired of the Aglonema’s losing all the bottom leaves, but love the colors (no pests). No peperomias in my collection anymore. Calathea only the Rattlesnake (super easy). No crawlers in my collection. The Tradescantia’s are a weed and invasive in some areas. So what’s in my 200+ collection; Hoya’s, Ponytail Palms, Anthrium’s, cactus, Monstera’s (taking over, need to pay rent), Philodendrons, Alocasia’s, Pothos, Dracaena’s and Rhaph’s. Oh, the Opuntia, I’m just waiting for it to fall over. It won’t survive this winter ☺️. It difficult trying to take of something that attacks you if you look at it. Sorry, but my BOP is thriving, but we will see how everyone fares after this winter. Enjoyed the video. ❤️🪴❤️🪴
Oh my goodness, yes! Wild fern is the one who got me into silver swords but around when she got rid of her last one I started to think it may not be for me anymore either 🥲 I love that you have Hoyas. They are my favorite! Keep me updated on your BOP…I love that plant so much but it may not love me. I’m so happy you can relate to some of these plants!
