In my 45 years of age, i have never seen a piece of wood under a jack stand that is holding a single wheel stud in place. You are going to hurt yourself.

They make a tool to spread that knuckle. Its like a short wide chisel so other stuff doesnt get in the way. Totally worth the 13$ for the ones that are stubborn

It CAN fall off, but only from a lot of vertical stress being placed on it. An empty trailer on flat ground isn’t gonna break it, but something falling on it or hitting it on something while going off road might
If you watch the video when he dropped it and the cybertrucks frame took an impact from below it compromised the hitch that’s why it fell out

Great video thanks for uploading , showed me everything I need. I managed to leave the caliper hanger on and just removed the calliper from the hanger then instead , the rotor just hooks out , at the same time cleaned the pins & aded some copper slip to them 👍

Carbon fibre has *no* fatigue limit, which believe it or not, isn't a good thing. Steel *does* have a fatigue limit, which is good, because as long as that limit isn't exceeded it *never* becomes weaker over time. Except for rust.
