    Love this list, and have tried many of these to varying effects! My girlfriend and I usually like to plan little dates where we try aphrodisiacs. Of this list, I’d say dark chocolate and chili work a trick and do wonders. One thing that’s worked really well for me as a guy long term has been standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract, or Malaysian Ginseng. It’s been amazing for better, longer erections. My orgasms have also become markedly better, with more volume ejaculated and associated pleasure. Been on it for over a year now and I’ve never felt more confident in the bedroom.
