Shigaraki sat on the examination table in one of the labs of the hidden base where Dr Ujiko and All for One are most their times. His hand had a bad gash and the side of his face was bleeding from a scratch that he received during the fight. In all honesty, if it weren't for Deku "interrupting" the fight, Shigaraki would have potentially lose sight from one of his eyes from the excessively bleeding it had. Dr Ujiko diligently wrapped and disinfect his scars making sure none were exposed to avoid potentially getting any infections.
As Shigaraki sat silently with Dr Ujiko tending to his hurts, his mind flowed with thoughts and questions. He wondered how Deku knew about his whereabouts and after some time, concluded that All for One had played a part in the situation. The silence was killing him so he spoke and asked Dr Ujiko on of his still lingering questions, “Where is, Deku?”.
Ujiko stood silent and halted. His demeanor was no longer calm but is now more stiff and aware. He didn't say a word amd Shigaraki was irritated. Shigaraki was too injured and tired to bother so he shut his own mouth and the silence between continue to fill up the room once again.
After some minutes, the silence is broken again from a loud metal door opening as deep footsteps follow along. It was All for One. He looked pissed and was walking straight pass Ujiko and Shigaraki. Shigaraki tookthe chance and asked once again, this time aiming his question to All for One, “Where is Deku?”. All for One stopped in his tracks and was irritated. “Look for him if you really _care_ about him, Tomura. I have other issues to attend to and do not wish to waste them engaging with you about it.” All for One said as he walks away, before completely exiting the room he spoke once more, “Tomura, once you heal, get into training again. I do not want my successor depending on a weakling for protection anymore” he said as he storms off.
“Weakling?” All for Ones voice continue to linger in Shigaraki mind. After some time, Shigaraki build up the strength and pushed himself of the examination table and walks to the direction where All for One had originally came from. “Shigaraki! Where are you going!?” Dr Ujiko asked but Shigarakis mind was set and did not respond to his call. As he pulls open the tall heavy metal door, he was met with a long dimly lit hallway with another metal door at the end of the hallway. Shigaraki walks over to the said door and pulls it open. As he opens up the door, he noticed the room being brightly lit compared to the hallway leading up to the room. He peeked inside and wondered his eyes over the room. He noticed a table panel of controlers and noticed it was overlooking a glass window. He looked closely and a in matter of seconds noticed Deku being chained to the wall, bleeding and barely looking alive.
Shigaraki was stunned and stormed into the room. He looked around for door or any entrance to get into the other side of the glassed wall but couldn't. Ultimately, Shigaraki used his quirk and force himself into the room where Deku was in. The walls and floor near him were smeared with blood, even Deku looks more awful than he normally does thought Shigaraki. Shigaraki disintegrated the chains that hold Deku up and Deku fell flat face first to the ground. He looked completelygone but his heavy breathing was a signal that he was still striving. Shigaraki picked him up and had his arm over his shoulder, dragging Deku back to the lab where Dr Ujiko was in. Shigaraki tossed Deku on the examination table where he originally sat and ordered Dr Ujiko to do whatever and everything he could to stop Deku from looking like a total half dead man. Dr Ujiko hesitated as no orders were given from All for One but with a little persuasion and some life threating action from Shigaraki, he gave in and healed Deku.
As Dr Ujiko treated Deku, Shigaraki stared profusely without taking his eyes off. “Shigaraki, It's getting late. I'll have Kurogiri take you back to the LoV base” Dr Ujiko said as he looks at Shigaraki. Shigaraki was still fixed on Deku and seemed like he was observing him. Shigaraki didn't respond right away but after a while he stood up and called Kurogiri himself. “Fix him” Shigaraki last say as he enters and disappears into Kurogiris portal seeing Deku again a whole week after.
