My name is Regina. I am 59 years old and currently disabled. I need to lose another 35 pounds in order to get much needed knee surgery! I had weight loss surgery March 19th, which has helped me lose a total 65 pounds so far. It was the best decision of my life.

Brussel Sprout Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 pound Brussel Sprouts
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4 slices bacon
Salt and Pepper
Cook bacon in a sautee pan, drain bacon on paper towel, reserve remaining grease in pan.
Next add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the pan on high heat. Then add your sliced brussel sprouts
Cook on high heat for 7 minutes or until your Brussel Sprouts start to caramelize.
Heat oven to 400 degrees and put roast your sprouts in the oven for 20 minutes.
Next in a sautee pan add 1 tablespoons butter until it’s bubbling then add your brown sugar and pecans stir well.
Take your brussel sprouts out of the oven and let rest. Then on a thin rimmed baking sheet put some parchment paper and spread out your pecans and bake for 5 to 7 minutes
Remove the pecans from oven, let rest for 5 minutes.
Next add brussel sprout, pecans , cranberries and crumbled bacon in a bowl and toss!
Optional add balsamic glaze.

Brussel Sprout Recipe
Ingredients

recipe 2 ripe Bananas 3/4 cup Splenda 1/2 cup almond milk 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (at room temperature) 2 eggs (at room temperature) 1 cup +2 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoons coco powder 1 cup chocolate protein powder 1 tablespoons baking soda 1 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoons salt 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line loaf pan with parchment paper 2. In medium bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, almond milk, yogurt,eggs and vanilla. 3 In a large bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. 4. Then add dry mix to the wet mixture and gently fold to combine. You should have a thick pourable batter. 5. Pour batter into loaf pan add your chocolate chips to the mixture and bake for 60 minutes 6. Let rest in pan for 30 minutes until cool and then rest on wire rack for another 30 minutes 7. Slice into 12 equal pieces. You can keep banana bread at room temperature for about 3 days in airtight container. 8. Can freeze up to 6 months. Macros 121 Calories 2.4 grams fat 16 grams carbohydrates 8 grams of protein Enjoy!!

Hello georgiousnessss, oh girl, I can relate to you, I have additions to more than one thing, which just recently I've been shown that by the Lord and He is helping to break all those attachments off, I was in a very broken and detached state going thru severe trauma, and going thru that brought up my childhood trauma and it just broke me, completely. I am only here by God's grace, He provided all the people to help me, and it is and was a long hard journey I lost several yrs not functioning and dealing with severe anxiety, depression, clouded mind. With the Lord, He covered me in His grace and made a way for me, and He provided every single need. Just recently am I seeing all the unhealthy addiction and obsessions I turned to to cope, to fully distract myself and emerse my thoughts in to avoid the pain and grief and loss. I am leaning on God, and turning to Him and Him alone to heal, no longer food and decor and cloths, I was so so hyper focused on making our home perfect and extreme cozy and everything pretty, and you know the food struggle, sugar and caffeine, strong holds. the Lord Jesus gentleness in my life showing me these things, and helping me to change and turn away. It's OK to get excited and enjoy things, an addiction and obsession and attachment is a whole different thing. I appreciate you opening up and sharing, thankyou

For this recipe, you will need 1 pound of carrots, sliced into fry sized, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Spread evenly in your air fryer cook for 16 to 18 minutes minutes at 390 degrees. My airfyer is small so I had 3 batches! Enjoy ❤
