I tried to make it yesterday, but riding from Centennial Hills to Downtown was just too much with the heat. I got about 10 miles in before I turned around, I'll def roll when the weather cools a bit.

Someday, I might sell the Rad Runner and get something like this. I’ll look at Haoqi and see if they have any step throughs.

Hey, what’s going on man? I am a long time rider with this company roughly almost 2 years, and I wanted to reply to this video. Now there are some things that I do agree with and some things that I definitely heavily do not agree with, what start with the things that I do agree with …. Firstly their customer service does do indeed suck ass, there used to be a number you could call but to save money on costs and lowering their employees they went to automatic AI and just through email only, you would’ve had a hell of a lot easier time reaching somebody if you just emailed them rather than actually using their AI, which I don’t even even think they even use that much anymore, but regardless, you have to email somebody to to get a generally authentic human response, it’s definitely not as quick as you want it to be but a human will always respond to you before the day is done, another thing that I do agree with is the scooter is a shitty quality scooter, it does not warrant the price tag of $1499 if you wanna buy one outright, but they charge them that much because they would rather have people rent them out rather than buying them because they make more money on their rental service, the company loan makes $10-$15 million a year just specifically on the rental service, I can’t tell you how many times the scooters and nuts and bolts would fall out on my rides to and from work to the point where I would have to zip tie the handlebars down because I lost the nuts and bolts so now what I’ve started doing is literally gluing them in place or covering them with sealant that way they don’t get loose and fall out, another thing is these things are definitely not meant for really long-term use because I put 2000 miles on one of them and the tires got so bald that my scooter started to wobble all over the street making it immensely dangerous when I ride with traffic in my local city, there was two specific times where I almost crashed into cars because of the wobble…. I also want to add that I was recently involved with a very life-threatening accident on one of these….. I was traveling down a hill that had an intersection at the bottom of the hill, while a car was coming up in my direction, and right before I got down to the bottom of the hill, the car decided to turn right into the intersection, causing me to fly over the hood of their car and smash my face right into their windshield, causing me to have a very serious concussion rendering me unconscious for 45 minutes….. that happened April 29 of this year, I am currently seeking a settlement because the driver caused me to lose consciousness and not only that, but they ran over the scooter that I use for my daily commute to and from work, once the company called one of this, they tried charging me a $300 service charge for the scooter that went missing because I was knocked out and I wasn’t able to see what happened to it, to this day I still don’t know what happened to it, the cops are totally oblivious, and since there is no cameras where the area I got hit in, it’s just gone, nonetheless this company has absolutely no empathy for when things like this happen. They just want their money, anyway it’s literally been hell on earth trying to get them to send me another one since I still had the scooter that I was supposed to to send back because I kept forgetting to send it back, but I finally reached through to them and now I’m getting my replacement on Tuesday, which is tomorrow, thank God I’m getting the replacement because I cannot stand to feel like I’m going to die on my daily commute to and from work, Now I wanna touch base with on what I do not agree with ….. I’m sorry you had this type of experience when receiving a scooter from these things being beat up completely to hell but I as well as my girlfriend have not had that experience , although there was one particular scooter that I did get that had 600 miles on the odometer, but that’s neither here nor there, physically every scooter that I ever received, never had a single scratch on them, they basically looked brand new, they might’ve been refurbished, but you would’ve never thought that, literally not a single dent scratch blemish imperfection anything where ever found on any of these scooters when I first receive them, I will say as well that one of the scooters that I did received had a very faulty front motor that was literally turned on and off throughout my commute, causing me to be late to work and various amounts of times because I had to keep stopping and turning the scooter on and off which would cost me 15 to 20 minutes extra on my daily commute, So that about wraps up my little mini review in a review , All in all, I will leave you with this ….. Personally, if you cannot afford a car and you don’t live too far far from work roughly within 10 miles , I would say renting one of these until you can figure something else out that has a more permanent outlook on your commuting. Then these are a great way to go even just trying it out for a month. I highly recommend, I will say also that since these things are refurbished, it is a hit or miss because sometimes they don’t really do a thorough check on the scooter they are sending you, and that can definitely leave a very rotten taste in a lot of people’s mouths

Drinks don't spill because of leaning at speed. Jouncing will do it for sure though, leaning or not. Leaning sitting still might too. But at speed, the liquid stays level in the cup because of the centrifugal force. In fact if the cup didn't lean with you in a turn, then it might spill !!

I got a new voyager opened the box rode it down the block then back home, canceled the membership and paid the 100$ restocking fee. This scooter is a pos, i was shocked. It took me 5 mins to realize it. I ride EUC’s and got this to commute from work to my car in NYC. If this was my first scooter it would make me never want to ride a scooter again lol It looks dope that’s about it.

Here's something I've learned the hard way. Stop buying Chinese b******* If it has anything to do with f***** China, don't buy it, not when it comes to scooters or electric bikes or electric motorcycles. Hell, even the gas powered ones. There's a couple that are decent, but those cost a freaking ton of money. I understand we need a cheap little toy or Ride like me myself. I don't want a vehicle.They cost too d*** much and the little area I live at everything's in within 5 to ten miles So there's no point in me wasting all that money on a vehicle right now, but the one I just spent $500 for I've done spend almost that exact amount buying parts and tubes to fix it almost on a daily to an every other day basis. It's not worth it man if you can walk if you can't get a bike. Yeah, it sucks, save up every d*** penny.For the first two or so months, and get you a decent ride

It's a pinch flat. I've had two now. Also, HiBoy is no help in terms of videos or instructions on how to fix. I used the S2 Max video which helps somewhat, but still is a little awkward. Alpha Scooter has the puncture-resistant tires that are worth getting.

Just got one of these but the model one classic, fortunately only paid $175 for it. So far no problems besides the battery range is definitely not true so far put 8ish miles on it and it’s about half charged.
