Amazing day how fun makes me want to get out on the water!
@@pamelathoemmes5969 Let’s go sailing ⛵️
Great video!
So cool
I'm not special. But I sail a Mirage 26 on lake Erie. Thank you :)
Awesome!
Great racing footage with spin sets!👍
Thank you 👍
That's a solid looking pole!
Nice boat @scott👍🏻🙂
Nice… there he is… 🥰
Great teamwork. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Everything to me!
I hope they just rolled the jib out to block the asym for dousing it/taking it down.
Hey I am a boat captain and racer. I moved to S. CA a few years ago and would like to get on a crew. Over 35 years on J 35's, J105/s, TP 52s, and SC 52's.
@@mfbsail Check out the Facebook group “Sailing Crew LA/Orange County”, and good luck.
Nice team!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤❤❤
Great video! Who won?🤔

I love the way you capture our memories Scott, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it
Getting close to those oil platforms! And, love the dolphins. Nice video 🥰
Perfect song!
Great Video Scott.....
Thanks⛵️
An outstanding introduction to the boat buying process for any elementary school students who are in the market for a yacht. 😉 Sorry, I had a cynical arrogant moment there. 🙂
Outstanding info and beautiful video!
amazing video
Very informative video.
⛵⛵⛵I learned a lot. Thanks for the information. Helpful video.⛵⛵⛵
This looks like a great day of sailing for everyone!
moronic! bad sample of sailing! and mocking the other boat, bad standing!
Love Dan's expression when his hat rim blows up!
@@DarcieHarrisVideos I think it’s the best shot in the whole video. Thanks Darcie!
Thanks for this Scott! Did a lot of sailing on a 10R back in the day!
Right on
Kudos team..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great teamwork!
Nice reminder about what's important Scott!
You had no right of way. Pretty bad sailorship aswel as maritime etiquette
Love the camera and it's ability to allow shot selection AFTER the event is over!
As I read the description, this was the finish. If the buoy was the finish or a mark of the course, the yellow boat must give room at the mark to the inside overlapped boat if the overlap occurred before a 3 boat circle. Those are the rules, while the yellow boat in the video looked to be in the wrong to me, the video boat should have called for room, indicated overlap occurred, etc.
Awesome 👍🏻
Woooowww😮😮😮😮😮
👍🏻🙂
Really should have pulled the wrinkle out of the main
I’ve never seen so many, and in such a hurry!
Le bateau qui filme affiche avec plaisir sa totale incompétence. C'est triste de croiser des gens comme ça. Toute ma compassion au bateau jaune.
Vous êtes bâbord amure, cela vous dit quelque chose?🙄
no,they don't have to give room for you, baum was backboard, wind came from the right, and he was in lee, fucken Idiot
you never heard lee befor luv,you asshole
you asshole
There is my handsome…..🥰
Wow, that was a crazy finish!😮
@@BruceWarner-v7v We could have used a little more room… and since the finish line was two boat lengths from the stationary red buoy, and we were being pushed down, something was inevitably going to happen. Either we were going to hit the buoy, or our whisker pole was going to hook their backstay. Thank goodness no one got hurt and nothing was damaged. Thanks for your comment.
Looks like a great day of sailing, smiles of contentedness on all the crew!
Love this Scott! Great shots of Walt, plus all the Farkle boats. Thanks for preserving the fun!
Glad you enjoyed it
(This reply is re the RRS; this is separate from USCG or International collision rules.) This is neither "port/starboard" nor "overtaking" (altho' good eye assessing P/S). The bouy is a Mark of the finish line and an Obstruction, and even a "give way" boat has Rights to Sea Room to cross the finish line. So Starboard could be protested for not giving adequate room, regardless of "Mark Rounding" rules (& see 43.1). BUT, her defense is that the Port boat never made it "clear" that they needed same. (A simple early hail from port (the video boat) would have solved everything - oops.) More, it's also true that the port-tack boat made zero attempt to "Avoid Collision", and shows poor sportsmanship (or just pure ignorance) in laughing at a collision.
The man ho lafing at the enda. Is a big idiot. Arogant Dick.
