It is embarrassing tbh. First things first, buy whatever you want but imo a learner who has very little riding experience should get a more learner friendly bike. I'm not saying it has to be a small cc bike but even an SV650 is more learner friendly with reasonably good power and very forgiving when learning. Buying a brand new sports bike is expensive and kinda careless with very little experience.

Literally wanna buy this bike just for the noise and power difference bc I’m always having to be in 6th gear to go 55ph, but I’m scared of the weight difference. My 24 ninja 500 is 383 lbs and the 24 zx6r is like 440 so that’s 67lbs, also the height is like an inch taller and I can barely flat foot my 500 being 5’6 130 pounds😅

Never driven a dirt bike or another on those lines besides the thrill of always wishing I could go faster on my bicycle. I’ve sat on my buddy’s sports bike before and the spiritual feeling I got with the bike was scary but amazing. Straight adrenaline and the respect or aura the bike had I want to experience everyday. I’ve been looking at a zx6r(ninja) for my first bike. I’ve always enjoyed going fast in a car but I know it’s completely different. Is a 636 too powerful for a beginner rider? It’s not that I won’t respect the power it has I just know I might get carried away and not know the little tips or tricks to get my bike back under control. My biggest issue is the speed wobble. For a beginner rider I know it’s gonna be something I’m gonna have to think about with how these Florida roads are and how I like to go fast and swim in and out of traffic. I used to do it on a pedal bike I know I’m definitely doing it with a machine that has some power. Can anyone give me any recommendations or advice on what I should do?

I definitely appreciate this video I’m wanting to get a ZX6R for my first bike too, I feel that I did pretty well at my 2 day course, just trying to get used to their clutch was shit because it was all beat up. But I know as long as I respect the bike I should be fine, my whole goal is to ride long enough, to get confident enough to get a Ninja H2R… I blame imKay for making me fall in love with the H2R… sucks seeing the H2R on one of my local dealers website because I know I’m not ready for it but I just want it so bad 😂😂😂😂

Keep it up buddy.. Word of advice when in traffic or next to any 4 wheel vehicle do not stay in their blindspot or stay even with them. They do pay attention to bikes next to then before they change lanes tbh. Be careful with it
