    great video. i would figure out how to have less mouth noises (like spit sounds?) in future ones if i were you its unpleasant to listen to on high-ish normal volume

    I think a lot of people don’t realize that idea of “stacking”. As someone working the hardest job in the world at the moment (SAHM), when I spend my babies’ nap time cleaning that is checking 4 boxes for me, 1. Cleaning 2. Working out 3. Listening to uplifting podcasts 4. Giving myself a dopamine hit by doing things that make me feel productive.
