I got a good chuckle out of Devin's blank stare when Paul was just gushing with excitement over the game The Isle of Cats. I usually enjoy Paul's game choices over Devin 's but enjoy the banter. It's sometimes like watching the show the The Odd Couple.

60 games for $490!! That is an amazing haul! Some great titles in there! Crisis is the 10/10 game for a couple of gamers in our group. :D

For the amount of actual gameplay, it seems pretty stretched out and seems far too easy to gain bounty. Great video though, really enjoyed it!

Played this game twice, came to the same conclusion. For me, the joy of a Euro is that long term planning and execution or tactical depth, the distilling mechanic takes away from that for me.

Devin seems underdressed. The game looks fun, easy, and portable.

Our group just cannot get Barbarian to work. Multiple people with different play styles have tried. His debuffs are terrifining to the enemy, but somehow we need a retread on the dice mechanics, I think. IMO Black Widow is BUSTED and absolutely outrageously powerful.

Omg! My Father Work!! First game I ever played, that during the second game play-through I didnt finish. I was so excited for this one. It was just an awful game! The story was disjointed and awful and the theme was flat. The game play so was boring.

Finally someone else didnt like Lost Runes of Arnak! We found it so dull and boring after 2 plays. Each subsequent play was less and less fun and we traded it away. Such a let down!

.....i dont get it....arent most meeples persons......carcassonne, viticulture, dune imperium, lost ruins of arnak, great western trail....just to name a few from my collection

Hey Paul! A question for you: if you"re keeping this for solo mostly, wouldn't the PC app version of this work even better? (At a much cheaper cost, though it's on a screen, so if you look at screens too often in your life already, I totally understand the preference for real world objects.) Thanks for the video!

Lockup is such a good solo game. I really enjoy it. Getting late for me with the school year back in swing for teachers, btu wanted to stop in. Will check out the playthrough by the weekend.

Great playthrough! There is a 2P variant where instead of the keeps, you place an unused color Manor in the district you roll on the green die, then place a Temple in next clockwise district, a Citizen in the next, and a Ship in the next. Also place Influence markers in that third color that always trail 6 spaces behind the leader to keep the Influence track race tight.

We missed quite a bit of auxiliary actions and bumps on tracks throughout the game. We don't think this would have changed the endgame outcome so we decided to leave it up. We accidently kick the camera at 49:40 , we recognize this after about 10 minutes. Thanks for watching!
