I LOVE THIS CONCEPT. I was super upset when Cell lost his tail and had it be retractible instead of just out there like in his previous forms, so I absolutely LOVE this design for Cell's final form.

So Cell's new transformation consists of creating two more arms?

he is stuck with the power he end up with, but he can get stronger only from absorption of others

Now he has four arm form from Tien maybe need now is to unlock his third eye like the third eye Tien.

His tail was already retractable and cell is part bug so he already had those armes, they were just retracted inside him because it stands in the way when not in use like it's tail

this was very entertaining and a good what if, but the execution has some fallacies. I would not let vegeta and kakarot win in that final fight, it's simply impossible they would win against that frieza. 8/10 for me still, there will be an upcoming yap, but this is the first video i have watched from you so i do not know if there are other context provided here. frieza here had 5th form and a prior and violent fight against the cooler force, therefore frieza would have had some real battle experience and maybe learned the 5th form transformation from getting pushed by cooler and via his absurd observation skills, after 1 singular day of an intense final showdown (not even counting different skirmishes they could have had), i'd estimate frieza's power to be double that of what we see in the og namek saga, he would have had insane growth and experience fighting cooler. so if 50% is 120 million, 100% would be 240 million, 5th form here completely dogwalked ssj goku who had it for a long period of time (i'd say ssj goku here is probably 75% of 100% frieza which is 180 million), and vegeta after zenkai and ssj being low 100 million range maybe king piccolo appearing gave them a hard fight which would have been another zenkai, but unlikely and doesnt make a difference with that insane power gap wouldn't it be safe to assume that 5th form can go from 500 million and when pushed, can borderline go 1 billion?
