I am always amazed how cheap - yup I said it - your prepared carvery meals are and how good they look. Your milk and bread and cheese are also cheaper. So are your desserts and some of your meat. The only bargains we have in Vegas are fruit and veg from CA and Utah. I have to admit they are a fraction of your cost. Plus brand name staples and soda are cheaper. But in the winter everything is so much higher and not good because shipped in. I would kill for your milk, bread, butter and cheese! No flexing on baking and cooking everyday. It is survival mode bc the things here are very dear and not very good. Plus our bread even store bought sliced only lasts about four days before it is stale. Love your videos. Hope you have a nice trip!

Hope you are completely recovered now. We had hail about two weeks ago with a downpour. How hot was it you might ask? 105F. Yup. Irish weather and Vegas weather. Go figure. Question for live. Is ‘Happy Out’ something that is a common phrase in Ireland or in your family? Or just a you thing? I get a giggle every time you say it. It is so expressive for two simple words.

Sorry you’re feeling poorly. You suggested our dinner for tonight, Chinese. My body is like you need to just lay and rest. (Menopause seriously cannot come fast enough). It’s worse when it’s warm and sunny to not feel well. I’m so glad you did not have to go on a big shop.

Never had Weetabix but that looks really good. Might work with Shredded Wheat. Cereal looks similar. Going to try that.
