Hello. I suppose you have a miss-telling in your video : 6:38 you say about bending RADUIS but you right D. I suppose the rule will change dramatically if the harness is not fixed and need to move during the operation. Also EN 50565-1:2014, ISO 6722 could give some idea of minimum bending radius.

Yes we need to add fuse according to the component load which work after accessories relay regardless of the primary fuse. Eg- For music system we require 5amp fuse after accessories relay.

Thank you for the video. Very interesting. The Relay is required n order to reduce the power load that is switched by the HORN switch. Please say if HORNs are usually supposed to be Inductive loads? So what could be peak current at the beginning of initiation of horn. 10 times more when during continuous use?
