Hi friends, It's been a while since I've given you all an update on the twins. I know I used to do regular routine vlogs so I thought id summarize their sleep and how it's changed over the last. year. from 3. years old to 4.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Natalie you look radiant your skin is perfect and you look so well, allergies must have calmed down now with the cooler weather. Oh poor Jack bless him, I think if you get his ideas for redecorating I think that will help him. Alfie is so sweet and he did look alarmed didn’t he lol x
Ah thank you Lynne, i definitely don't feel radiant 😴😴... thanks makeup haha. Ok i think so to, think well have to get some paint out in the next week or 2! xo
Yes please do a birth vlog:-)
@@ansumostert4829 you’ll see it when you catch up 🥰
Aawww you are back!I hav not watched yet but just want to say Im happy to see your vlogs and congratulations on the newest little guy🌸
Bless you Natalie trying to do it all. Hope you have a wonderful holiday and Hendricks enjoys his time with your parents x
Alfie is so cute, Jack has a really dirty laugh lol The boys are really clever, mine knew their numbers, alphabet and could spell their names, but it is incredible how many 3 year olds dont. What a lovely day having fun in the garden. If you do too many activities at parks etc. not only is it expensive but they get over stimulated so good to have the days at home with the others scattered in. Love Hendricks, always great to see him. My dog Buddy liked the sun and would lay in the heat until he got so hot he would cool off in the living room or other shade lol x
The boys are so smart! 🥰. What a treat to see your videos…love watching them grow. Dress looks great on you! have a nice vacation!
Thanks for the nice video! I had a planned C-section with twins and would have really wanted to experience the other way (especially if it was a single baby). The older the twins get the more I feel like the family we have is the right size for us and I don't know if we'll ever have a third but interesting to hear your experience xx
I had my twins vaginally (through induction) and some parts of your story resonate with me. I was also only given an hour to push and couldn't figure it out in the time (partially because I also had very sporadic contractions, and partially I think because I couldn't feel things properly with them epidural). They then used forceps, ventouse, and even the doctor's arm to get the twins out 😬 I'm glad you all are doing well!
Natalie, are you back to the UK? 😄
Yes I am Olena xo
Hi Natalie! We seem to have similar experiences, only upside down 😊 I had my 1st baby naturally at 23 and then my twin boys at 38, also c section (only one turned head down). Where I live (uae) a planned c section is very common. Haven’t checked your channel for a while, congratulations on the new precious one 😊 A few months ago I found out I was pregnant and I was terrified bcs my boys are only 18 months old. However, during my last scan they told me I’m having a miscarriage. So, maybe next time.
Oh Olena, I am so sorry to hear of your miscarriage, I hope you are feeling okay and I love that you write ‘so, maybe next time’ … so much is out of our control. 🤍🤍
It's wild how different things are from the states. I had a vbac and pushed for 2 and a half hours before baby came out
Oh really!! That’s interesting…. This does make me wonder had I fought them on this time pressure that maybe I would have been aloud more time. However, I was too exhausted to even question it.
I opted to have my twins via c section planned. However I went into early labour at 31 weeks and delivered naturally ie v back , no time for an epidural but with a episiotomy cut and forceps for first baby second came out without forceps. Really want another however just not ready at the moment mine have just turned 3 hoping to maybe have another once they are in school and I have finished my studies thankyou for sharing with us
Oh wow that’s incredible! Go you. I love this and also I think your timeline sounds fab. I was weighing everything up and am really glad we waiting for 3 1/2 years. If they are at school this year it would be perfect x
@NatalieAlexandraGoff I love watching your videos I have from the moment I was pregnant years ago your always a step ahead of me which I like helps me learn haha 😄
Would love to know the difference in recovery from c section to natural delivery
I delivered my 1st baby naturally, next were my twins delivered by a scheduled c section. The difference is there. C section is so much easier first, u just get a shot, become numb and then shortly you can hear your babies cry 😊 but then your belly has to heal, it’s hard to get up and go to the bathroom. Whereas with natural delivery you are immediately mobile, just feeling so exhausted.
Oh Natalie Im so pleased you did this video, I love hearing birth stories. Having a baby is so special and you're right all births are different. I had 3 single births and all long ones! A week and a day late and 24 hours with my first one and he got distressed so they had to get him out quickly, I managed to push him out but I tore outside and inside as well as the routine cut they gave me. He was 7lb 11oz. My second little boy came a week early and took 14 hours, the contractions were coming nicely but then slowed right down, they broke my water and they sped up again, but didnt stay for long so they accelerated the birth which made it much more painful. They thought he was going to be well over 8lb (Im only 5'2.5" so expected me to have small babies around 6lb - I didnt) so they gave me another routine cut to avoid what happened with my first, he weighed 7lb 11oz. My third a girl started with contractions 1 week 2 days before she was born. I ended up going to the hospital 3 times and was monitored then sent home. Finally my waters broke so was admitted and she didnt come until 28 hours later! No stitches and she weighed 7lb 6oz. Please dont feel like it was your fault about the agency nurse. I work in the NHS and most shifts that agency cover will be just one at a time, its rare for the same nurse to cover longer, so she would have got to the end of her shift and left. x
Thank you so much for sharing Lynne. Alfie was also 7lb 11 just like your 2 however I am 5ft 8 so that must have felt very different for you! Isn’t it fascinating how every birth is so different. I can’t believe you were still all those hours in labour with your third! The body is amazing! Xx
Alfie is really cute baby 👶
Awww thank you Ollia xoxo
Congratulations from a fellow twin mum! My hubby is a firm no with bub #3 so I'm definitely loving watching your family grow. Would love to hear the birth story. So happy your back, little Alfie is gorgeous. Greetings from Australia
Henry and Jack have grown so much and they have changed, I can really see the differences in them now, Alfie is so cute. Morning cuddles with Hendricks, so lovely, I miss those with my dog Buddy :( That sounds really scary with the cows, and bless Hendricks getting stressed Buddy would have been the same he followed me everywhere. Your garden looks wonderful and way more practical for a small growing family. Love the plants. Good luck with the summer holidays, its going to be very hot for the rest of the week and the weekend so enjoy x
Wow I can't believe they stayed still when you changed their diapers just by using the little book I thought you would need a toy or something. Does the book still keep them calm when you change them at other places?
AWWW! loved this! Congratulations! It totally makes sense especially after having bub to take the time for yourself. You do what feels right for you. I do love watching though!! :)
Thanks you watch your twin jack and Henry two boys turn 4 birthday first day September 3 ❤❤
Hi Natalie, I’ve been following you ever since I found out I was pregnant with twin boys. You have helped me so much during this very special journey of being a twin mom, your content is absolutely fantastic, thank you for that! Congrats on your baby, he’s adorable. We have a 5-year old on top of the now 3-year old twins. I was wondering what kind of lamp/white noise machine you mention in the video you use for the boys. Early wake-ups and tough nights lately…thanks in advance!
@@feliciaskira8205 ah thank you so much, this the nicest comment I think I’ve ever got. So really, thank you for that 🥰 🤍. Im admiring you for handling twins with an already 2 year old, no idea how you did that, I’ve found the 3 year olds so so challenging. So we use the hatch (our model is called a hatch rest) and it has been fab. You can set programs on it for the sound and color to change at certain times and it’s really worked for us. Very Slowly the boys have learnt to stay in there room until it changes color in the morning. They don’t always manage but I’d say 70% of the time they do. I hope this helps you, sleep is so hard 🤍xx
Thank you so much for your reply Natalie. I felt so overwhelmed when the boys arrived but you did help me go through this tough initial period and help me prepare for what was coming. I feel I can relate, and you’re always a step ahead of me. Great tip on the hatch, will definitely look into it! Thanks again and will look forward to your next video, as I always do!
I too was pregnant with twin boys when I found your blog and it was such a comfort!!!! Mine are three now and yes very very cute and challenging haha got to laugh at how intense it is sometimes. Well done to you both how special we get to do this ♥️
Sweet boys, so handsome and getting big 🥰…Alfie is beyond precious….I hope Hendricks feels better-I bet the cows gave him anxiety!! Keep us updated on the outside area…would love to see the progression 🪴
Oh Natalie is so wonderful to see you again, please dont feel like you have failed, you are a busy Mum of 3. Congratulations on lovely Alfie he looks so different from what I remember Jack and Henry being. He weighed the same as my 2nd son (1st was 7lb 8oz and my 3rd baby was 7lb 6.5oz) The Hospital staff thought my son was going to be over 8lb but I was carrying a lot of water with him. I would love to hear Alfie's birth story. Just so happy to see you again welcome back but no pressure just video when you can x
Hello Lynne, lovely to see your name again in my comments! Thank you for that I do realize that sometimes you need to step back and definitely did! I love that you think he looks different, I think he does too but not many people say that. Ah you are also mum to 3, did you always know you wanted 3? They also thought Alfie would be very big, I feel the weight estimates are very rarely right. I’ll defo do a recap of our birth story with him! Lovely to hear from you too xx
@@NatalieAlexandraGoff Thanks for taking the time to reply Natalie. I think sometimes people feel they have to say a baby looks like one of your others, it is weird. My hubby and I always said 3 or 4 children but when my 3rd one was a year old and I was asked if I was having anymore, I remember thinking wow I have been so content I hadnt even thought about it. It always took us awhile to get pregnant so I would have been starting the process again, but we decided together that we were happy with our family and didnt feel the need to have another one . Great to hear you will do Alfie's birth story x
Hello, my sweet friend. I am so happy to see your beautiful face and meet the charming Mr. Alfie. What a lovely name. He looks so much like his Papa. Take care of yourself. We eagerly await Mr. Alfie's birth story. :)
Aw thank you so much Mel! I will defo do a little recap of the birth, if anyone’s like me I LOVE hearing everyone’s 😂 xo
Congratulations ! I havnt seen you for years I lost you on TH-cam 😅so glad you came up again ! I believe I watched you videos a lot while I was pregnant and early into motherhood and believe your boys are a bit older than my girls they turned 3 in may how old are the boys now ? We are so unsure weather to have a third 9n the future worried I won't cope with 3 lol would love a chat about the difference between having one baby instead of 2 Aka is pregnancy birth and the newborn stage much easier with one ? How is it managing all three ect 😊
Hello!! thank you for the wishes and thank you for taking the time to comment. I would absolutely love to discuss this topic as we were very much unsure as well and I was very nervous about how I would cope with a third. My boys are 4 in September 🥰 x
@NatalieAlexandraGoff ah ok mine where three in May born 8 weeks early though
Ps yes would love that !! :)
Oh Natalie!!! Congratulations to you and your beautiful family! Alfie is so adorable! I’m beaming seeing this video and hearing this wonderful news! I need to catch up with your videos. I had no idea you moved back to the UK. Best of luck to you! ❤❤❤Allison from Lentil Designs

Congratulations. Welcome to the world Alfie. So glad to hear you are getting sleep. Long may that continue! I like the vlogs and to see how much the twins have grown and to see how they interact with Alfie. I also love your sit down and chat videos where you tell us to make a cuppa tea or coffee. It's like a little treat and catch up with a friend where I don't have to talk back😂. How did the nursery turn out? Which cot did you choose? No pressure to make videos on a schedule. You do what works for you and your family.
Thank you so much for the lovely words and the feedback son what you enjoy watching. I’ll be sure to work on this and also show the nursery on the coming vlogs! Lots of love xx
So good to have you back! Lovely to meet Alfie, congratulations. Any life vlogs you can manage with you just being you and your boys being themselves will be great content. 😊
Thank you nichola - that’s the best feedback I can get, just us being us! I’m always getting imposter syndrome about that so thank you 😊

Hi Natalie!! Did the little one arrive yet? If so, I hope you are doing well and will update us soon! Take care of yourself!
Hope you're all doing okay Natalie!
Hello Natalie My husband is British and we are moving back to the UK from the States ...any tips ? Were you happy with your overseas moving company? Cheers
Hi love, so sorry I’m only just seeing this now. Have you made the move already?
Love the sit down chats.
For smaller cribs we used the IKEA gulliver 60×120cm. Smaller than usual. And also had the bugaboo stardust travel cot that we used almost full time. Again it is skinnier than a regular crib and has adjustable height for newborn/toddler. It was pricey but it was the BEST purchases we ever made. It folds with a single click rather than faffing with the 4 sides with a regular travel cot. The mattress is so lovely, not like regular travel cot (or pack and play like the Americans say). As its a mesh side my two (almost 2.5 years) haven't managed to climb out of it yet so thats a bonus. Well worth the money but think it only comes in black or grey.
