@@thefrugalsportsman Hi, just to confirm, did you use 1/2 ply for the drawer sides? also what is the drawer bottom made from? 1/2"? How many sheets of plywood did you use altogether? Thanks

All sides, bottom and dividers are 3/4 plywood. The drawer and the top hold a lot of weight at times and so I wanted it to be strong. Also using the 3/4 plywood allows me to fasten everything with 1 1/4 Kreg pocket screws making the construction easy. Hope that helps and God bless!

You might be able to get away with thinner plywood in places. But I'm really happy with how I built mine and how it performs. I think there was 3 sheets total in the build (maybe a little more) and 3/4 plywood weighs between 60 and 70 lbs a sheet. 1/2 inch plywood weighs 40 lbs a sheet. If you use 3/4 ply on the tops and sides supports and make the drawer sides and bottom out of 1/2' you are probably only saving 20 to 30 lbs. of the total weight. Three sheets of 3/4 plywood weighs a total of 210 lbs max which really isn't much for a full size pickup to carry. With the organizer in the back of the truck and fully loaded with metal stakes, hitches, cast iron frying pan, sockets, tools and more I don't even know it is back there. I don't know your application and I encourage you to build it anyway you want, but the 3/4 ply makes everything much stronger and I can use the pocket holes to assemble everything. If I had to do it over I wouldn't change a thing. Hope that helps. Take care and God bless!

It's made to fit crossbows with a stock with a tube for adjustment. If your crossbow has a tube type stock like the AMPED 415 I would think it should fit. Hope that helps and may God bless you!

It is so cool to have someone say hi from the other side of the world. By the way we ran the cowbells out between 54 and 74 feet back on average which meant the bait was down in the water column 8 - 10 feet. The trout would actually come up from like 80 feet down or so to take the bait. It is amazing how those bells attracted the fish. Thanks so much for watching and may God bless you!

After reviewing the video they do appear to look that way on camera. I'm not sure why though. Sometimes when I shoot my bolts through hay bales the vane can crinkle like that for a short time. But I don't think I did that with those arrows. So the answer is I'm not sure. Wish I had an answer for you. Either way it doesn't seem to affect the accuracy. Thanks. I haven't really found any shine to be an issue. I found out though that this type of camo really blends in. I had a hard time finding one of the cameras as I got closer to it and I even knew what tree it was in. I also had two bowhunters up in treestands in front of the camera which was just off to their left a bit and from the video I don't think they ever saw it. Hope the video was a help to you. It is a 14 footer. It has no problem carrying 3 adult men when fishing and I believe the v hull definitely makes it more stable than a flat bottom Jon boat. If you want a boat for four I would recommend either a wider beam 14 footer or even better a 16 footer, both with v hulls. I once fished on my friends boat with four adults comfortably with higher than normal water on the river and felt both safe and comfortable. I believe that boat was a 16 foot v hull. being it was longer it was also wider and deeper. My boat usually fishes with just two of us sometimes three. If I was going to fish 4 I'd move up the the 16 footer. Remember the old saying: Buy once, cry once. meaning if you buy what you will need for the future now it will save you in the long run with retrofitting and making something smaller try and work for you. That would definitely work. You could even use a smaller cable with a loop on each end. Run the one loop inside the other, slip it over the pipe and then hook a link to the other loop. That way you can slide the cable up and down the pipe and when you go to lift it should tighten around the pipe. Thanks for watching and may God bless!

The framing is screwed directly to the aluminum seats and then the plywood is screwed to the framing. The floor is just built up where needed and lays on the ribbing without screws.
