This video has helped me out twice now!! Thank you
Thanks for this video. Our dishwasher was repaired for less than $20. It would not have been possible without this video. Keep posting more like this.
Thank you! I watched about 10 videos on replacing the upper rack assembly and yours was by far the simplest, clearest and most straightforward of them all! Followed your instructions carefully and everything worked as you said it would. Thanks again!
I had the same issue... bought what I needed and thanks to this vide, I was able to replace these parts..... thank you very much!!!!!
Thank you!! Extremely easy to follow instructions. Will know to come back here for my future handymom issues!
Thank you, Handymom808. Saved me lots of time having to figure it out the hard way.
Bought the parts kit on Amazon for $20. It included the 2 brackets and all new clips (which I didn't need) and a magnetic sign for clean and dirty dishes. Your video was very helpful in making sure I was doing it right. The only thing I did different was instead of the 2 screwdrivers to squeeze the clip together I pinched them together with needle nose pliers. Thanks for a great video. Took me about 15 minutes start to finish.
Excellent guide! Your clear instructions made this DIY a success.
Thanks for sharing this video. It is very helpful!
Thanks super helpful still today 🙂
Thank you! Perfect instructions. Step by step.
Thanks for the instructions. Mine had two extra pieces. Two identical clips. Don’t know what they are for
Thanks for the great video! It did the trick for me!
Thank you. The screwdriver move worked. I was very close to just breaking that damn tab off, but I followed your directions and it popped right out. My dishwasher is fixed and cleaning right now. 💃😊
Thank you for saving me a bunch of money!!

You saved me hundreds of dollars!!! Thanks so much for posting this. I was able to get the replacement parts and installed it myself. Feeling proud 😊
Thank you for the video!! Fixed mine right along with you!
Watched a couple of these tutorials, yours was by far the easiest and simplest. Thank you!
Absolutely great. Easy, done.
Thanks, really handy video!
I found two for 12.00 and 5.00 shipping.thanks for the video though,i really needed it!! All fixed!!
Hi Handymom808, Thanks for the straightforward tutorial. I just replaced the adjusters on my Kitchenaid with your help and would like to offer an easier way to take off the third tab without using 2 screwdrivers. I used a pair of fine needlenose pliers to gently push the prongs together on the backside and it popped out in a flash. Simple and safe. Thanks again.
Wow. Handy mom, you are really good at explaining and walking through this! Thanks.
Great video! Could not have done this on my own.
Thanks for the video Handy Mom. I was never lucky to find a handy woman. Right now I always have to fix stuff at my Mom or sister's house. I think this broke on my Mom's dishwasher because I know she puts way too much stuff on the rack. A pair of these parts are only $20 on Amazon right now. Probably a different brand though.
Awesome video, thank you!
Thank you!
Obviously not a rare problem. Thanks for a clear, detailed video.
Worked great on my Kenmore Dishwasher as well. Thanks for the great instructions

this was a perfect experience -- clear concise instructions - saved me a bunch of $$$ and feel really good about doing myself (with the help of HandyMom808!
Great video. Thanks for sharing and good camera work. Not to long and detailed enough so I could actually do the repair after watching. Thanks!
Great video. Better than the one on Sears Partsdirect website. Had mine fixed in about 10 minutes. Great job!
Is everyones broken? Need a laywer for some class action!! This is some BS.
Agree
Splendid video. We used your instructions, and there were no injuries or broken parts. Thanks!
Thank you so much! I have 2 KitchenAid dishwashers and BOTH racks went bad right after the warranties ran out. Murphy's Law, right, LOL. I found them online for only $17.98 a pair. I bought the improved ones that have SCREWS securing the wheels rather than those plastic prongs that rot and break right away. I followed your instructions and voila! So easy to follow. I had absolutely no issues other than you need to make sure both of the long prongs that come out of the adjuster handle are in the center when you clip down into the adjuster. Otherwise, you will not be able to keep the rack locked in the raised position. It will just fall back down.
This is a great, informative video - allowed me to fix the Rack Adjuster - thanks !!!
Thank you for the great video. Huge help. Repaired our dishwasher in less than 10 minutes!
Thanks, good job!
Best Vid on this repair Thx a lot Handy!
Thank you for this nicely done video. I was able to install the new adjuster in about 15 minutes. You forgot to tell us to save ALL 3 CLIPS that you removed initially. The job would have taken 5 minutes less if I didn’t have to retrieve the 2 side clips from my garbage can. The parts company neglected to include them in the package. All’s well that ends well.
Thanks so much for this video! I needed to replace both sides and was struggling on the first side before finding this video. This helped so much to get it back together, and the second side went very quickly. I actually found a replacement part from Exact Appliance Parts that looks exactly like the original, but has improved wheel mounting. No more prongs to break on the wheels. I hope this will last me a long time, but from reading the comments here, I now know that the company will replace it if it breaks again. Go moms!
