My first ever screwfix live and I could not have chosen a better bunch of guys to go with. The video says it all there is to say about this event. If you a tradesman this is a must. From tools to consumables there is a bit of everything for everyone and a whole lot more. Loads of games entertainment and a perfect family day out if you in to diy and shiny new tools. Kids were welcome and even had their own play areas. Supper friendly people and very professional advice. @@srv-group You have to solder it back off after pressurising. Should just have a push fit piece made up for using again and again. Think you just want to show people you bent a piece of pipeinto a coil...???????

Men. It's look's like you have no idea about instilling a flush fit shower tray or wet room shower former. You never cutting from length oglf joists(keep up with BS). Only thing you can do is to put 18-22 plywood in between each joist (flush with top of joist) where shower area is. That will make enough depth space for most shalow tray producers.

You never cut the joists, you just need the take a bit off the top of them. You also have some other shower trays that get around this problem, you design it out. Crazy work here

Did you apply pva to the wall first?
When ever you use pu foam never use PVA just wet the area with water
You can/should use diluted SBR mix but never PVA.

@@srv-group But boats need to float.. why on earth wouldn't you build a house properly using… bricks or concrete? Houses should easily last over 100 years…..
@@sinoperture I gather you nowhere near the U.K. houses are built from bricks, internal floors and roofs are mostly wood, they have lasted for 100s of years but lately most single or three story constructions are built from wood. They still have a good integrity and very well built. The reason why we do not use too much concrete is due to our soft soil and the cost of very deep foundations so weight is an issue. Every country is different when it comes to buildings however there are more pros than cons when it comes to the quality of home building in the U.K.

Depends on your heat gun and room temperature just test a small piece before you do a full one

Thank you just did this and it worked I also used a drain thingy you stick down there to get some hair out.. I’m gonna be getting a drain cleaner to when I get to the store tomorrow to make sure everything stays good
Can you not align the edging tape with top edge so no trimming on top is needed?
No you will always need to trim and sand it off
