Crowd may as well be dead...
In '83' I ran a pub in Oxfordshire I stocked my jukebox with my somewhat eclectic records and only proper tunes made it. This was one and how we danced.
😂😂🤣🤣😂😂👎👎👎👎
Hes morphed into Iggy Pop.
Can't believe in the singer. Morrissey is the only one who can convincingly deliver these lyrics.
Huh? It’s a Paul original…
The music is rubbish . Embarrassing to watch .
Howzabouthathen!! guys n gals!!
Wheres the flag gone comrade?? Upset too many yanks?😢 FREE FREE PALESTINE 🇵🇸 🍉🇵🇸🍉🇵🇸🍉🇵🇸🍉
Lol people paid?😂😂😂
Agreed he sounds absolutely 💩🫣
Paul Weller = Top Geezer
hi steve
Where’s Edgar?
Anaheim aka the home of Disneyland. Always knew Weller would do that in the end.
Another idiot. Please vote Labour.
The Jam meant EVERYTHING to us from '77 to '82. Still do.
Wut.. I thought Jimmy Saville was dead???
Comrades!!!🤣🤡🤡🤡 Takes himself far too seriously....one day I hope to have enough money to become a socislist🤣🤣🤣
Do shut up.
Still a great track , shades of old punk rock in there the way it is sung.....then nice and mellow....
The fire has gone, the skill hasn't. Jam fans understand 👏🍻
The Jam split over 40 years ago. Get over it.
@@TheMusicalElitist Absolutely.. The Bitterest pill is mine ha ha
I liked jam stuff but never listened to his other groups or solo stuff. if he did a jam re union i think it would be sold out but its got to be with all three guys wanting to do it but father times not going to wait for them to put there egos to one side.paul needs to admit he might have been in the wrong at some point in his life and may be see his new mate noel Gallagher and ask him for a bit of advice on how to fix the jams brake up
Do shut up
The guy who has always hated this country is here now to beg for your dollars.
How did he hate the UK?
Eggbound
Rocking that Jimmy Saville look
Nice to see someone taking that look forward
Now then now then now then 😂
And still looks better than you
@@TheMusicalElitist Now then now then now then Goodness gracious me
@@ronniebiggs4026 Yawn, try again, old man.
Once you lose the hunger it's worthless, seen better tribute bands do this song justice
Well fuck off and watch a tribute band then. 🖕
This guy is no longer lied that much in the UK
What does that mean...?
@@nigeats65I think he meant to type 'liked'.
@@nigeats65 Meant to say liked - he just used the term 'comrades' in his introductions - he was brough up in Surrey for Gods Sake in one of the most poshest parts of the country. He is as working class as our current Prime Minister claims to be - they are all champagne socialists and he is probably the worst one of all in the UK other than Billy - I like in a great big mansion on the South Coast - Bragg. Fake people.
Great performance. Why all the negativity?
age, and too many cigs!.......😂
The negativity isn’t directed so much to the music rather towards him personally. There is a feeling amongst many the he cynically rode the left-wing sentiments amongst many young people in the UK during the 1980s. That is exploited financially this but turned out to be just as big a Capitalist as those he was supposedly decrying. Added to this are the allegations of seemingly random violent outbursts and rumours of domestic violence directed towards his first wife, Dee C Lee.
@@derin111 Thanks a really interesting perspective. Whilst I’ve always liked his music I’ve known much about his personality.
Cos people are cretins.
@@derin111 Socialists still need to pay the bills.
Sounded far better with The Jam.
Behave Muppet
The Jam are long time gone my friend. Do you still heat your flat with coal and have your toilet in the garden?

Just saw Paul at the House of Blues Anaheim, amazing show!!!👍🎸🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
He should of let the jam do one more gig
You should have paid more attention at school.
Saw The Jam, TSC and him in his early solo days but I just can’t anymore. Dialling in passionless performances to finance his divorces and turning into what he once despised.
Wait until Oasis reunite. After a few gigs, they’ll be dialling it in.
If he was doing it for the cash alone he would have reformed The Jam before now. Bruce always wanted it and probably still does, Rick might be a more difficult prospect but that would be where the money is.
What you pure mug
@@Me-gy7yk he always said his kids would have to be in the gutter to reform The Jam. I suppose he has it both ways as he is always seen as never having sold out by having the balls to split The Jam at the top and to never having reformed them but then again can still make a pound note by releasing awful dross like 66 and bang out a few Jam and TSC numbers in his live set. Fair play to him I suppose but it’s just not for me.
I thought he was just singing?
Everything slows down with old age☹️
How so in reference to this video and song ?
Nmmoooo….reallu?)£
Carnt wait to see Paul and his band in hull city at the end of the month. Followed Paul's music since I was a teenager yesterday few years ago lol.
evergreen great song
Such a banger
Well what a mess that was.
EV does not make every song better.
J'adore. Le petit chœur de Dominique Miller ❤❤❤🎸🎶🎶🎶
Not sure why he went he has never been appreciated- icon around the world!
Neil Finn doing his best Benny Hill impression as he gets older lol
Split Enz > Crowded House
Sounds fab to me....many a night on the town for me.. whiskey a gogo..Starwood..civic auditorium.. Miss them far away Dayz
That was rubbish. And what's with the Charlie Chaplin oversized trousers...?
What sort of trousers would you prefer?
@@DAS1962 Normal. He's meant to be a musician, not a clown.
I would normally say, gee that's kind of harsh, bro. But.... yeah, that was pretty phoned in. Nobody even thinking about having a go at those harmonies that make the song. Nick, and eventually everyone but Neil, mugging at some kid off in the wings instead of performing, so the last minute of the song completely train wrecked and all of them, but Neil, could care less. They've earned their fun, but sure.... rubbish works this time.
One of legendary saxophonist Mars Williams' last performance. He will be truly missed. RIP Mars Williams.
I enjoyed seeing them in Boston last night but this song just isn't the same without him.
Why TF the jam broke up il never know. Sorry Paul, this is kinda lame , goin thru the motions
Weller had out grown The Jam and wanted to go in a different direction. You can still still see bits of the band but they are stuck in late 70s and early 80s.
Because he wanted to explore other avenues… I can’t stand people like you. You’re obviously still stuck in your ways….
Can't even sing the chorus
Cut him some slack, it’s like 40 years ago
He was expecting you to do it... but you didn't turn up. Too bad.
Singing and playing is not easy and I suppose the lung capacity diminishes as you get beyond 65
JAM stuff was his best by far
Nah. The Jam were good, but Wildwood and Stanley Road were his peak. He wrote great singles in the Jam, he wrote great albums in the 90s.
Now that's entertainment!
you cats soung freakn awesome keep playing
NEVER , NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE IN 👏👏👏 (even if your guitar is inaudible...)
Is that jimmy Saville?!
Lol.
It’s spelt with one L careful 😂
No but they went to the same barber.
@@tommytraddles he hasn't aged too well , but then we're all different. I think he still smokes
