I agree on Miss Puerto Rico in 2010. The back one shouldn't be included on her gown. She actually placed 10th in the evening gown competition based from the rankings.

It's definitely in the top 3 of the most iconic gowns in pageant history. I'm no fashion designer, but in my observation, this Barraza design has spawned so many iterations and knock-offs, or has been the inspiration for many gown designs that followed. For example, Catriona Gray's red lava gown had the same design blueprint of her gold/flesh-tone national competition gown, which was obviously inspired by the Barraza gown. For example, they share the same body-hugging silhouette and cut-out motif throughout the dress. The point is, this Barraza gown's influence can be seen in most gowns in the pageant world today. ¶ Also, what makes this Barraza gown iconic is its construction --- the top part is very structured whereas the bottom is flow-y. In addition, the use of studded crystals throughout the gown should have made it stiff, but it's anything but. Lastly, the gown hugged the wearer's body so perfectly and tightly that one small slip could have caused a major nip-slip, all of which added to the gown's sexiness and drama.

It's very annoying to watch the miss universe competition, how come that the Americans had 8 miss universe winners? Many candidates are more deserving to win than the American winners but they were not selected because the American judges cheated them. Also l observed, why do Americans only win in the miss universe competition and not in other beauty contests? the answer is simple, because they are not really beautiful and smart and they don't really deserve to win any beauty contest. They only won because the miss universe organization is owned by the Americans. Venezuelans are even prettier and smarter and they should have won the contest, but the Americans are cheating them so they don't win. America is afraid that Venezuela will surpass them when it comes to the number of miss universe winners.

What happened to Ms. Pia Wurtzbach isn't new. It was almost a repeat of what happened years before that. For me, the biggest scandal of Miss Universe is when Ms. Philippines Janine Tugonon wasn't crowned MU 2012. To this day, people still talk about it.
