we need a video on how to swap out the final drive gears to a higher one this bike needs a 6th gear or higher gears for highway

Loud pipes save lives! Id save my money and put cobras on a big bike not a small one.The whole reason we add pipes is to allow the motor to breath better add KN filter more air in more out.Adding washers will restrict power and efficiency.

Gary, do you by any chance know what the outside diameter of your 1 inch flat washer? Also where did you buy the flat washer?

yours definitely idles a lot smoother than mine does. Ever since I moved to Utah from Oregon my C50 has a pretty rough idle on cold starts. I usually gotta rev it up a bit or go on a ride around the block a couple times to keep it idling without dying. Once it's warmed up it runs like a beast though. Same exact bike too, just 1 year newer. She also has around 50k miles on her too. Gonna change the spark plugs out and see if that helps

I just got the same bike a few months ago. Cut the baffles out 2 days later and just put wide whites on and last week. I think a lowering kit should be next

The Suzuki Boulevard series are very good looking bikes. Your changes give you more of the M50 look - yet you still have the functionality of the C50 if you need it. Cobra pipes sound nice. This is the first time I've seen the chromed radiator: very nice. If you still have the bike, good luck with it!
