Additionally, Star was always mentored and guided by a professional when it came to her sturdiness- So she was very well controlled and had it handled (At least now). Another things that’s very important to mention is that Star isn’t a human, she’s a Mewman. She’s a different species from another dimension; thus, she’s definitely far more powerful and stronger than your average human being. It’s in her blood. . Star has many skills, strengths and techniques she’s mastered over the course of her life- She’s very well aware of what she’s capable of when it has to do with her physical body and roughness. For instance, she was taught how to break a neck with her bare hands- no hesitation; the art of swordsmanship was also something very important she was taught. Another skill she knows are a few martial arts techniques- she combines those skills with her strength and her own way of fighting too. (And her magical abilities, but it’s not relevant right now) . Some characteristics that make her stand out from the rest- and help her with her capabilities are her endless determination, commitment for something she wants to accomplish, her fierceness, her high-spirited energy and her biggest strength, her imagination. . How I mentioned before, Star’s biggest strength is her imagination. With her creative mind, childishly-vibrant personality, and chaotic nature it assists her in giving her more strength in her magical abilities. Star isn’t limited by the reality and harshness from the world. She goes far and beyond from that; it’s what gives her so much power. Star isn’t predictable or straightforward when it comes to her magic- it’s unique, different, and a new fresh of air. She changes it up every chance she gets. Star can’t seem to get something right- she tries everything until she gets it. Every possible option that’s open to her, she uses every small window as an opportunity to create something huge- and uses it to her advantage. Star one-shot that same immortal beast using her own full blown magic without holding back- no need for someone else’s guidance when she was fourteen. Moon is straight forward and plain with her magic and creations? . Star goes above her and is very much creative with everything she summons. . Star is strong enough to exceed Glossaryck’s (the most powerful creature in the verse) expectations- proving him wrong when he thought he knew what she was truly capable of. . Every. . Single. . Time. Star is strong enough to stun even the creature known as ‘baby,’ who has evaluated the abilities of the magic users for centuries. Impressing her. . Star is strong enough to rival Queen Eclipsa who was feared for her insane amount of power. . Star literally had a weapon of destruction powerful enough to completely eradicate the entire universe- (in the series.) . Yet- she herself admitted she had no use for that same weapon anymore; no need since she possessed her own powerful magic already. . Star who ACCIDENTALLY, UNINTENTIONALLY stopped time for the entire universe- who had absolutely no idea how she did it. The spell she cast was so strong she had to go to the father of time to help her get everything back to normal. . Star is strong enough to hold on her own in battles for long periods of time with extremely, insanely powerful enemies. . Star is strong enough to combine darkness and light; death and life. Something that is prohibited- something that hasn’t been accomplished since Queen Eclipsa. . Star is powerful enough to give all of her energy and magic- all of the life force she possesses to give life to another creature, to create life once more, to rebirth the life of a person who had already lived and then died. . So to satisfy the need for an answer- Star is extremely strong; however, she’s very underestimated.

Sportacus will win against homelander easily even without the Apple buff because the pyramid is really damn heavy and the strength feats that are shown by homelander shows that he most likely wouldn't be able to lift the pyramid and sportacus was pulling up on the pyramid with bent arms 💀 And the fact that sportacus has enough durability to easily survive a nuke bigger than the biggest nuclear bomb made so homelander surviving a nuke is nothing compared to sportacus durability And surviving a nuke is durability not strength.

Homelander has casual town and city level feats. As well as statements that get him to Continental. So going off of feats it's close. Could even see sportacus winning. But statements? Homelander oneshots.

Homelander at best is wall maybe city block level but Sportacus is at least planetary buster level too solar system level during their first fight with Robbie Rotten before his redemption arc. In the current manga Homelander isn't even close to his Apple God form. When Sportacus and Robbie were training for the ToP they were exchanging blows that were causing rifts in space and time.
