9 years ago. 2012. Wow. Time freaking flies. Everyone thought the world was going to end because of some Mayan calendar thing. I was in Oakland at the time my life was definetely shit. I think at this point I've lived enough life to say I may have reached the lowest of the low. I think that the key is realizing there is no low or high. There's just life. But bondage and soul sucking vampires are real. Freedom is real. Being truly free is all that matters. Life is shit. The world is shit. Literally the shit from under the mantle of the Earth spewed up everything we see now a billion years ago. So literally we are all just shit walkers walking atop the shit doing shit feeling shit being shit. Scuse my French.

Still remember hearing/ seeing this song opening the 2019 concert in Auckland NZ. Such a brilliant song and even more so live (and LOUD). A perfect intro to a great concert. ...November 2019 -yep, if This is Not a Safe Place (then), what is it now? More to the point what will it be tomorrow? Under 8000 views to this? Wow, so few people, but with such fine taste in music, obviously just too good for the masses.
