Background sounds is too loud

I have been looking for a solution to floor squeaks and wondered if you ever had a house subfloor made with individual planks and the oak hardwood installed over top. I can only guess that the subfloor board themselves have done a bit of shrinking and the hardwood is squeaking because where the planks now have small slivers of gaps between them, there isn't support for the hardwood. I am worried that the filler will just drip through to the crawlspace. Any cost efficient suggestions? Re-doing the subfloor is not an option.

How does that scarify work compared to like a 10 inch stand up grinder, is it faster? I had a rep tell me it could fling rocks and break windows if I use one in the house, curious about how well it works on power troweled hard concrete

IMO, Murphy’s recommended dilution is still too much and can leave residue. I put a small capful per 1.5 gallons of water and haven’t had any issues with my client’s hardwoods.

I love seeing this type of work. God bless me. I also clean houses in case someone uses my services. I am working all over Phoenix cleaning houses.

The problem I see is with open floor plans. Putting hard wood floors in high traffic/use areas where they get very dirty and then expecting to clean it with a dry/ damp mop is ridiculous. People used to have tile floors (maybe linoleum)in a kitchen and hardwood for other areas partially covered by an area rug. That was a better setup.

I used Murphy oil soap on a wood table and it stripped the wax and damaged the wood. I was surprised because it said it's safe for wood. What's going on? I'm not convinced that it's safe to use it on my oak floor.

A bunch of wood floor guys comdn murphys oil soap on hardwood floors. Seen some articles its like your trapping dirt in a capsule making it imposaible to clean ir shine

Which would you all suggest for high traffic floors and having dogs in the house??? I’ve tried even using the hot water with alcohol and vinegar with a few drops of dawn. I’ve used Murphy oil cleaner and followed directions and still shows doggy prints 🐾 and shoe prints. It’s stressful. I didn’t choose this LV floor but it was already in the house. When I replace the floor I am at the point idk what to put down

Why would you use a polish as a cleaner. Bona has a cleaning solution. Maybe use the right product for correct comparison
