You will have to try get through your troubleshooting steps. Checking each at a time. Mine ended up being air bubbles in the system. But it won’t be the same for others.
you put a gs300 dog house on a hatch is300 or like a civic hatch and is look ok but to big of a front need a wider body hatch to go on to look right

To add some intel to this video check your hvac heater hose this is a common overheating issue that’s very hard to pin point because it only releases pressure when vehicle is hot

I didn’t need to but it’s a great thing to look into changing
I have a 2013 Chrysler 300 and I still have that problem. I changed the water pump, the tank, bled it, the thermostat, cleaned the radiator, changed the Rileys, checked the fans and lastly changed the head gaskets (I installed all of the above because it needed it). Now lastly I will change the temperature sensor.
I'll tell you if it worked for me

No, but you have to remove a bolt holding it to finally pull everything out

When i was a young USAF airman just arriving at RAF Lakenheath, England, i bought a right-hand drive Hillman Avenger that MIGHT hit 55 mph downhill. After it let me stranded off base and late for work a number of times, i sold it and bought a left-hand drive 1974 cigar body Toyota Celica GT owned by the chief of the motorpool. Within a month, I noticed all the other Celicas on base, including a pilot who had a Canary yellow 1974 Celica ST with a corvette motor in it. The car weighed 2,400 pounds. It was a rocket. It was my intention to turn my car V8, but I never did, even after I shipped it back to the USA. I wish I'd done that. Bought the car 40 years ago... I'm too old and dying. All I can do now is just look at these beauties like this. 👍

Chrysler considers 180 to 240 degrees normal operating range.

No intercooler, no methanol. But heat temps get too high. So this will be added

What front diff will you be using? Will you control the awd with a Motec?
I am using the OEM Toyota front differential, will control the transfer case with XDrive

Are you getting mix of oil and coolant in your car? I would say start with the cheap parts first. Like thermostat, I purchased the part I have mentioned that helped with the air bubbles in my system.

Is this Awd system going to use a bmw x drive front diff? Or a R35 Gtr front diff?
No it’s a Toyota front differential off their AWD. vehicles like the Altezza Gita and or Crown Majesta

The other DCT’s available don’t have a 3UZ adapter. So I went with the on that existed. Didn’t want to reinvent the wheel too much.

I have a JZS147 and I’m planning on doing NA-T build but it’s so hard to find out where to start considering every video out there focuses so much more on the VVTI 2J’s. Any recommendations to start or even a list?
You have the distributor 2JZ ir non vvti one. So you have the one with the thicker rods that everyone wants. CXRacijg sells nice turbo kits if you wanted to see if one of their kits. I am not sure if folks have used them in your gen 1 GS. But you will need turbo lines, coolant lines, turbo manifold, turbo, intercooler, Bov, downpipe. Those are the ones I can think of right now. It shouldn’t be too different from the other NA-T setups.
I have a 2021 and their taking engine apart same thing checking head gaskets. Did you get yours fixed
Mine is fixed, it was air in the lines.
Mine is leaking coolant. At first I thought it was the lower radiator hose but it’s keep letand overheating. I have a feeling mine is coming from the coolant pump
I would look into your pump, thermostat, hoses, and see if you have air in your system. As they say, start with the cheaper things first. So air in the system, hoses, and thermostat. Then you move to the pump

@@507GARAGE thank you for the knowledge. You know what’s crazy tho . Yesterday the car died on me and had to get it towed from my job . I had the car on and it randomly turned off. I had this issue before and it was the fuel dump and filter. The car cranks but does not start. At this point I’m so tired of this car
