Give The Warning a fair chance, they opened for Muse in Mexico, and they were so impressed that invited them to play in the UK, more over, Matt Bellamy gifted a Mustard Manson Guitar to Dany, so it has to mean something? If you like heavy check Sharks, Queen of the Murder Scene or Evolve, they sound better live or to check vocal range you can check Choke or Hell you Call a Dream, or to see the drummer as lead (while playing) you can check Narcisista, 23. They can also play keyboards (started playing classical piano when children)
Very interesting reaction. I am not a musician, hence I would not discern details that one would. I was not impressed the first time I saw this video, but, after watching it multiple times through many reactors,it rose to the level of good. I deduced that since they admire each other so much, they just wanted to have fun on the song. It looks like they did. I read a comment that Miku wrote the lyrics, and Kanami composed the music, trying to incorporate what she believed The Warning's sound is. Then both bands added their own contributions to the final production. Sounds credible to me,whether it's true or not. I am a die hard Band Maid fan. The Warning are a good band, just not to the same level of Band Maid. I think they have amassed a large following by extensive touring in Europe where Band Maid hasn't toured in many years. I would like to hear opinions on why that is the case for Band Maid. Can I assume they have been concentrating on where their largest fan base is-Japan and America?
There is a live video of this and it’s the same more or less, and yeah the production wasn’t great! Yes you should check out The Warning, this isn’t representative of them. Genre hopping and great live performances plus great videos is their thing, plus thought provoking lyrics! Most of both fan bases have listened to both bands, we get on quite well! Suggestion - Check out their performance of Sharks from Pol AndRock, I think you will get a better idea of what they are about!

Your opinion sucks. Let me explain. This was a potential Train Wreck. So they did what they had to do. You can't have everyone jamming different things at once. LIVE you can get away with more, but you still have to leave room for everyone, or again, you get a Train Wreck. So I'm not sure what you wanted, maybe a Train Wreck. There was a LIVE version leaked, but it was quickly shut down by copyright strikes. Probably because it was a bit of a Train Wreck. So, when you make statements like that, you need to be smoking a pipe, so you look like a total Hipster Douche. Go watch 'Hate?' LIVE and then try to imageine them doing that with a whole other band on stage. Maybe cool - probably a Train Wreck.
Hello, on one hand, appreciate the honest opinion, on the other hand, you should give yourself the chance to know the warning, they might surprise you. This particular song does not reflect their sound. Do yourself a favor, go to their channel pick a video (any video) and listen to it, if you don't like it, perfect, but at least you can say you listened to the band.

Need to check out the rest of the album bro this is a solid track but there are arguably 6-7 others on there that are even better imo , has metal and punk influences in it too. If you like that OFFLINE from JPEGMAFIA is something worth while going back on as well, definitely my favourite up there from him
Ah. I found Pewdiepie's music channel
Hello James! Do your mates call you screech? Kk! New subscriber I LOVE CHINCHILLA!!!!!!!! Elements lyric video is SICK
Totally agree your comments re Chris bass player and Peter on vocals. Enjoyed this very much!
Very interesting commentary, James. This is a slow burner, that's really hooky after a number of plays. I get what you're saying. Another catalogue entry, quality album tune 🎉🎉🎉👌👍

Great to hear someone giving Tatiana props for the depth & quality of work she does with vocals & lyrics. The fact that she is handed a finished demo of the melodically & rhythmically complex music from the lads, then she has to come up with a theme, write the lyrics in Russian, translate them into English, fettle those so that they fit syllable-wise & rhyme, decide which passages are to be sung & which growled/screamed, then create lead vocal melody line (& matching harmony/counterpoint vocal lines).... I'm getting tired just typing this! LOL So for someone with zero formal training to be able to come up with such high quality creation & performance across multiple albums & tours is truly remarkable imho. Anyhoo, having said that, I'm just happy that I shouldn't have to wait much longer to buy another Jinjer album!! :)
I think that they are what they are in musical terms exactly because they have no formal training, it's all about how their music feels and sounds to them. And before you reply "but Vlad has formal training!", he composes mainly on guitar, so I don't think his formal piano training gets much use in their composition process. 😄
IMO you couldn't have had a better introduction to Jinjer than with the video that was released shortly before: Audiotree From Nothing, where you could also get to know the band from their very personal side......... Roman, Eugene and Vlad are not actors, but first and foremost world-class musicians, and Tati is the Famme Fatale in Jinjer in the best sense of the word and in my opinion that's enough for 2 bands ;-)) warm greetings from the german musician
Why would you highlight the band more when the song is about empowered women.?
Thanks for reaction

I’m addicted to that cymbal fill 😂
Jinjer takes the listener on a journey for sure. Weaving in vocal melodies at times with polly rhythmic music is an art. Oh, so satisfying for us who dig progressive music. This tune is another "through composition" form this amazing band. 🤘 💙💛
It's amazing how after only a few listenings of this song all the hooks are "living rent free in my head". The same happened with Vortex. Not only they're changing the songwriting formulas but also making it work. 🙂
Finally!!

Woah! This is the first video I’ve seen thats a full discography overview and I really enjoyed it. Albeit; as someone who has also listened to his entire catalogue in 1 session before, it made it more enjoyable for sure. Good content; im definitely subscribing
That you! I really appreciate it and I’m glad you liked it.
Which documentary is that one??? Anybody can share the link please??? Thanks

Neon Tide chorus reminds me of breaking benjamin
I think the female vocals in Funeral of an Antihero are meant to be reminiscent of the singing clams from the show
That’s a really interesting idea!
Great video. I've tried this as well, I released a video last year about recording acoustic guitar with a phone. It was harder for me to get a good result recording a guitar amp. Placing it in front of the speaker led to clipping every time (note 10+ and Samsung voice recorder app)... Eventually what ended up working was laying the phone flat on the floor facing up, 4 to 6 in front of the amp (also on the floor). The sounds I was going for were not as heavy as yours. What app did you use to record on the iPhone?
Hey Billy! I checked out your video and there's some great info there, I also really like how enthusiastic your approach is. I used the Voice Memos app that comes stock with iPhones/iPads. I did think about using the camera app, GarageBand app or a third party camera/audio recording app so that I could have more control over the input gain, but decided to keep things simple. The apple Voice Memos app records in mono. I wonder if your guitar amp recording clipped so easily because the Samsung voice recorder app records in stereo which I assume would lead to more input signal to drive the preamp to cause the clipping. Just a theory....
@@J-163 Thanks! I never thought about the stereo signal clipping the preamp, I'll have to see if there's a way to record on mono with one of the stock apps. I did look into if there was a third party app where I could trim the input gain, but I guess I couldn't find one that I liked enough to download.
haha if you mix iphone and ippad you may get carcass sound :)
That’s a band I haven’t listened to in a very long time! But yeah, particularly with the top end fuzziness from the iPad
Haven't even seen the video. Got to like and subscribe just for you doing this experiment. Thank you. I have lots of old devices.
Thank you! I really appreciate it 🤘
I still feel like the 57 sounds the best. I don't typically use the 57 for micing my amp, I use a Sennhieser e609
Overall, I’d agree! The e609 are also great versatile mics
Very system of the down feeling
ipad air sounded the most V30-ish on my Redmi note 😂
Haha that’s wild!
also all of boi soings are done by hand besides the work to sync and mod his voice to plankton ive been told

Hey man, I just found your channel and I love the way you break things down - I like that you react to niche things that most other music reactors don't (like the OMV for this song! I really found that it elevated the song a lot too and I liked how you dedicated attention to it). You've obviously got solid expertise and you always take the time to carefully think about different elements of the song. I appreciate your calmer style, and how genuine your reactions are. Seems like you really just enjoy listening to music, not in it for the views or anything like that. Super chill time to watch you - instant sub :)
Oh thank you man, I really appreciate your kind words and support!
Dizzee Rascal, that's a name I haven't heard in a long time
what you could have done too, is mix some mics together, maybe a bit of the more clear ones with the fullness of the 57
I checked this and a mix of the 57 and iPad is pretty gnarly! Although it’s a very common practice to use a mix of a dynamic mic and condenser mic to achieve exactly what you’ve described, I decided to leave that idea out because I wanted to focus on the idea of “if you only had a phone available”.
Alot of people are thinking it's Yng martyrs brother, iin the interview with Charlie he mentioned he was a ghost writer
Very surprised with the iPad quality!🙌🏼
I'd love to see your reactions to Poppy! Subbed.
It’s bland… I don’t love the song.
