Kinda looks like dry bones' face to me.

Because the image is curved, it was probably taken from above, and I see that the grey is a concrete floor and the yellow are some cylinders. And the blue can represent some slippery, it can probably be a park and the red can be another game of a park, that's the only thing I notice

Just started the video and THANK YOU for right away bringing up that the issue isn't rotating the stick on its own, but that the N64 stick was, on top of being pretty poor by modern standards, designed by an actual sadist. Now, I'd argue that it's fine with modern sticks but said modern sticks are also very happy to start drifting so honestly competitive stick-spinning is just speedrunning your next $80 controller purchase.

It looks like this could be a fisheye lens of a mario level or something. The left and right look like those climable red bars in hazy maze cave, and the blue object's (bit of a strech) kinda look like they could be bats (yellow ears on their head, but idk the ones in mario 64 were entirely purpleish blue) or maybe moving platforms. The yellow bars kinda look like either the elevator in hazy maze cave, or maybe like they could be maybe the moving bars in dire, dire docks. the metal looks like a metallic pool or some object. Maybe it could be the back of mario's head with the metal cap on, and the reflections tell me this could be something they made on an SGI workstation, as real time reflections are not possible on the n64. (you can see reflections of the colors)

11:23 Actually in Mario Party DS it is very possible to see this message in regular gameplay. If you get the Stars for 5 Coins last 5 turns event on DK's Stone Statue, you can buy 99 stars with 495 coins, which is also very possible to get in regular gameplay, and then the next time you go to the Star Space you can see the message. It also helps that the Stars for 5 Coins event seems more likely on DK's Stone Statue than any other board.

The MP1 Hidden Menu might provide a hint toward the context of the yellow "No minigame" state. The statistics for how many of each space each character has landed on are labeled by a single character. ? for Happening, R for Red, B for Blue, ! for Chance Time, M for Item, and K for Koopa (Bowser). But there's also a Y in there that's correlated to the Single Player Minigame spaces. This implies to me that either the game at one point had Yellow Spaces that would be neutral compared to Red and Blue spaces by not giving or taking any coins but were later replaced by the Solo Minigame spaces, or the Solo Minigame Spaces were originally yellow in color and would give the player the yellow state after landing on them. The latter might make some degree of sense if the devs wanted to use these spaces as a means for less skilled players to quickly gain an advantage over the other players as they'd essentially get a free-win minigame on a turn nobody else did.
