Can I just say ….Thank you! I love volleyball, I participated in the sport in my elementary years (over 30 years ago) then switched schools and the schools thereafter didn’t have volleyball as a sport. Life went on, I am in my mid 40’s and was asked last spring to coach elementary volleyball at my son’s school. Granted I love volleyball, but never got too far with it. When I played they didn’t teach us overhand serve, we did a standard 6 position rotation & 25-point set best 2/3, (I have a memory of points not being awarded if it was not your teams serve … maybe that’s how it was played in the late 80’s, or maybe I’m just old and my memory is off LOL) Anyways … I’m now in my 2nd year of coaching elementary volleyball & will be leveling up to coach 6th grade, where basic skills should already be established & more precision is taught. I’ve almost taught myself how to overhand serve, thanks to your videos, and have tons of saved videos of yours to use as visuals for my team this spring. We aren’t allowed to attack in elementary (per our districts sports rules, although I don’t fully agree with), and I was never taught how to approach and hit neither, but I’m slowly learning how thanks to your videos 😊. You have brought so much enjoyment back into my life by watching your videos & bringing the confidence in myself to relay skills to my teams. I had lost the excitement that volleyball brought to me & with your help, plus given the opportunity to coach, I’ve found that excitement again! ❤

Where is the camp or training located?

I remember when I played volleyball I only played for one year but for serves I skipped the under hand and went straight for over hand and it was fun!

Hey I’m just a hs men’s player but I’m pretty sure when the ball goes to her sides she faces her entire body that way which is why the pass if off, just wanted to tell u bc I had to same problem back when I first started

Holding the valve stem to the right at 3 o'clock will help float the ball right when hit properly. On a true float serve, the ball tends to follow the stem.

I just got a pair for Christmas, but way of wades are considered both volleyball and basketball shoes aren’t they? At least their insta page is split between volleyball and basketball.

I wish my sets were better, but the first time I learned how to set, my friend taught me and I thought you had to use your palms 😬 So now its a really bad habit I have and I can barely properly set with my fingers
