Can someone please help me understand why Shiva would come to me in a dream when I didn't know of him? About a month ago. I came across a quondong tree and collected the berries because I loved the colour. I started de pulping (to dry and consume) and just became 'hypnotised'. That night was the first rattling Shiva dream. Only when i looked up medicinal properties a few days later I found it related to rudraksha. Then I also became curious about about re occurring nightmares I had between 3-5yrs old of a cobra that would chase and talk to me telepathicly. We don't have cobras here. It was traumatising and has haunted me for my life. I dont know who to ask about it in Australia? I feel like im meant to be learning about something. 🙏🏽

Great guest! Interestingly, my niece studied neuroscience and I learned about the field of psycho neuro immunology. So crucial in mind body medicine. She’s now a Naturopathic doctor. I got fascinated and looked into this more and learned that traumatic experiences in children eventually manifest as specific diseases later in life. There’s a great book titled “control your health by controlling your emotions” by Dr Pearsall. Even simple questionnaires at the end of each chapter to evaluate your type emotional type (hot, cold personality etc). The field of Anthroposophical medicine also is about mind body medicine! This was pioneered by Rudolph Steiner. Those in America may have heard of Steiner schools, Waldorf schools that use the method of developing children both academically but also emotionally to become whole. All this is fascinating to me. I’m not a doctor, I’m a cyber sec professional but anyone can learn/employ these practices. The guest is great. I’m sorry to say the host could be better prepared with specific questions and sound crips, without fog horns. Best wishes for continued success for the show🙏🏼
