I can't speak to her as a person, but I saw Lea Michele in Funny Girl on Broadway and she was the real deal on that stage. Her acting performance and singing were truly phenomenal. They are each unique, both with their own sound yet both incredible performers.

I just feel like Be my Baby should have been higher on the list because the honeymoon tour be my baby performances were insanely hard. The whole song is impressive and thats what gets me. plus you need a lot of breath control and mid belting for it. but thats just my opinion

They're both excellent singers but there's a purity/clarity in Barbra's voice that isn't there in Lea's. Also Lea's performances come off as carbon copies of Barbara's. I think she'd do better by putting her own interpretation on the songs.

1. Mariah 2. Lea 3. Ariana 4. Demi Obviously Mariah's first. Mariah's tone throughout her belts are so consistent, her agility is incredible, and she can also go extremely low. Lea surprised me though, so I would put her 2nd. Ariana's ease is just insane on upper belts! Demi would be 4th for me overall, she's great too but she doesn't have Ariana's ease or Mariah's agility and lower register, so that's why I think she goes below them.

I think Lea is better on Happy Days, but she didn't have to deal with Judy Garland manhandling her. At other times, Lea's voice can get a bit thin, compared to Barbra, anyway. You really should put me up against Barbra, that would be something to see. Anyway, thank you for showing me some of the most amazing vocal performances ever.

Here comes an unpopular opinion and I know I’m gonna get a tax for it cause God forbid but Mercedes does in my mind is scream that’s all I hear and I’m sorry, but the runs and all that that gets old really quick and I’m not just saying this because I’m a Lea Michele fan I’m saying it because I have sensitive ears and there’s only so much I can take so I don’t wanna hear it about all your username is well you don’t like her no didn’t matter what kind of username I have I’d still be saying the exact same thing I’m sorry, but there’s only so much I can take, and she exceeds that limit tremendously.

I love everything she stinks, but I think my absolute favorite is when she accesses that beautiful, beautiful head tone that she has, and shows off that beautiful soprano.

She definitely improved a lot on the Sweetener tour!! She was shouty during HMT but in Sweetener all the belts were so perfect!

Streisand is the original - Lea Michelle is just a wannabe more suited for show choirs.

Duh Barbra. All day long. That was her voice. Unlike the other woman who is run through so many filters and enhancers. Songs in the old days were done on the spot on the set. You had to have a lot more talent then.

I find Michele's voice more beautiful. In addition, she expresses a much wider range of emotions. I also like the way she caresses language, and she is the epitome of elegance. I've seen both of their performances in "Funny Girl," and Michele is a better actress.
