To think Dynamite depending on what month it is, is only 19 or 20 (he was 20 in December 78) and he leading a 1hr match. People talk about his feud with Tiger Mask but you should see his 2 matches in England in December 1980 with Rollerball Rocco which are amazing! Dynamite got his style from Rollerball Rocco and Rollerball Rocco wrote in his book about meeting a 14yr old Dynamite Kid at a Christmas wrestling show and he can see this kid poking his head around the Christmas tree so Rocco says “just be careful of the tree lad” and Dynamite says “go fuck yourself”. What kid in 1972 would tell a heel wrestler to go fuck themselves?

I didn't realize the Dynamite Kid was that old. He had a nice look back then. Norman Fredrick Charles? Who?? He looks like he's 180 pounds.

Tragically, we have lost 3 of these 4 men, only Bret is still with us.

This is the greatest tag team match of the 80s msg they got over 18 minutes and the finish is stellar

Not many people realize Anvil, Dynamite Kid, Davey, and Bret were all real life brothers in law.

Studd and Bundy had another altercation later in the year which is on you tube. Studd, Bundy, and Heenan, vs Big Machine, Super Machine, and Piper Machine. Too bad Studd retired in November 1986. The match would have happened at Wrestlemania 3 with Studd the face.

6:22 I had always heard Studd would turn face and wrestle Bundy at Wrestlemania 3 but Studd retired in November of 1986 instead we got that god awful mixed midget tag team match.

I was 8 years old in August of 1988! This was my favorite era of wrestling. Demolition and the British Bulldogs were both awesome tag teams! All 4 men were awesome workers! Wrestling then was WAY better than the boring cookie cutter wrestlers of today with their meaningless, countless high spots that does nothing to tell a story. 👍
