😅😂 I Like your style
Lol! Thanks I appreciate 😎
😂😂😂😅😅😅
🤘
Did yours not have a bolt and another electrical box on the driver side?
Yup I pointed that out in the video. Beside the steering wheel ish. Thanks for watching!
Not the push pin. I’m talking about a whole electrical component right where you have to put the driver side air vent
No just the little panel with 4 screws. Maybe yours has an accessory that mine doesn't have. This is the base model. You got sweet add ons ?
@ mines just a xrc
Those are sick
What a hack job. The electrical leads go to the bus bar between the seats, and you should t into the rad lines inside before the thermostat. Btw a heater is absolutely useless without an enclosure. Garbage content.
Lol. Thanks for leaving a comment in any case. I appreciate you taking a minute out of your time to tell me how you feel. Keep in mind that this is a kit, and all kits are different, so locations of splices might be a bit different. Also, you are 100% right about the enclosure, and I made a reference to adding one at the end of the video. Again, thanks for the support.
lol this guy is such a troll. Unless he is actually that simple to realize you wouldn’t install the heater before the enclosure so it’s easier to work on 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love how the guy whose channel consists of a bunch of dudes doing circles on their busted ass rigs has the audacity to call anyone’s content “garbage”.
I just found and Subscribed to your channel because I’ve been trying to do this for a while now. I was overthinking it and kept running into designs that were cost prohibitive as compared to the $2500.00 aftermarket setup for a distributor drive. From one Jerry rig professional to another you sir are my new master 🙏💪
Thank you so much! I hope you have found great wisdom in this redneck contraption. Thanks for the support!
Awesome! Great intro I snorted my water 🤣🤣🤣
Glad it made you laugh!
I subscribed you are smarter than most I must say awesome
That means so much to me thank you very much.
I haven't watch the whole video, so not sure if you covered this or not. But are you using your AR5 transmission with this build from your other video? Just asking because I grenaded my supercharged 3.5 V6 in my 1998 isuzu trooper which has an AR5. I have a good core V6 I'm likely going to rebuild to get it back on the road. But daydreaming of engine swaps and you're the only person I've found so far to do the GM bellhousing on the AR5... I would LOVE to have my isuzu trooper be LS powered! Honestly I have no idea where to start and I've never done a project that big before 😀
You are correct it is the same trans as the other video. For your swap project, the first thing is securing the parts. Stuff like a running engine that you seen run or have running on a stand is a great place to start. Then if it was me id try and find what I need to make the connection with your trans ( bell housing, flywheel, clutch ). Once you got the big pieces figured out comes the part where you pull all your old parts out and start doing fitment and mock up. It all flows pretty naturally once you start actually working you'll see. I hope this helps and you get that beast sorted out. Thanks for your support!
1998-2002 Isuzu Troopers also have these!
Oh cool I didn't know that.
Thxs for the video we learned from u we putting ls 4.8 in 65 galaxie
Hellz yeah!
🤙
I agree!
I have a 1966 Ford Custom 500 it is the same color as yours. And I’m going to drop a 5.3 Ls in my car with a 5 speed. I’m so happy to see you are doing it. Can’t wait to check out all your videos. And ask you some question about the install 👍
Go for it! Getting started is the hardest part lol. Thanks for the support!!
I can’t seem to locate the seller of the kit on Facebook any advice?
I simply typed Redeagle race parts in Google and it gave me his link. Just in case here it is. Thanks for your support!! facebook.com/share/kq1nyrj6oYuwSKFC/
I will have to check them out! Sick boat 😮
I do love the boat
Thank you.. I have a 1964 galaxie 500. Im getting a 5.3LS put in it.. It's Ford tough Chevy stuffed..
Super happy this was useful to you. It is possible to keep the factory steering if you change the angle of the pitman arm downwards a bit. This car is awesome right now 😉
@@TheUn-namedProject Not sure about steering arm still working on the car.
So much better than trying to set up an entire ECU/Wiring harness or spending hundreds on a standalone ignition system. 12 volts to the coil is all you need to get her going hell yeah.
I know right!? Thanks for watching 😉
Good video, but the music volume about blew my eardrums out after turning it up to hear the informative part.
Good to know thanks! I'll try and sort it out on the newer stuff. Thanks for your support!
Could you use the lt1 distributor?
I assume you could but I'm not sure if it's computer controlled or not. I made this one so it had a mag pickup. Thanks for the support!
That's cool buddy! Hot rodding defined. That monster energy drink must have some kind of creativity chemicals in it. Haha.
Pure creative juice lol. Thanks for watching!
What distributor is that
It is a speedmaster unit. The crab cap model that I modified. I can't remember the product number but they are easy to find online. Thanks for you support!!
now i need to coyote swap a GM product.
Coyote Corvette!!!!
Was thinking the same thing but running a 2:1 ratio off the crank! Glad to see I’m not the only one
Hellz yeah! 2-1 wouldn't do much more I think. It would waste spark during the exhaust cycle if the distributor survives the x2 rpm. The distributor normally runs .5-1 in a normal setup so I just kept it the same lol.
I can’t get over pumpkin face 😂
Precious
Puppy went for a ride!
She loves it ;)
Elegant solution. I had clearance issues clutch and brake pedals. Ended up cutting/welding/hammering my headers but not to the length you had too
Nothing better than self inflicted problems lol
So it looks like you have the rack mounted a bit high putting lots of angle on your tie rids which will cause bump steer .
Great guess!! But thays not the problem lol. In regards to what you are saying, bump steer is kinda unavoidable in this case :(
That thing sounds so mean.
Thanks man I think so aswell.
I appreciate this video
Thanks :) hope it's helpful.
😂😂😂
Thanks
This video is ahead of it's time. This is awesome info. Thank you!
I'm happy to read that 😊

Amazing work. You make it look so effortless. It's fantastic to hear her rumble again. 👻
Thanks I think it sounds great!
007 👌
I miss 007
I am ready. Lol
Yeah you are ;)
Excellent ! ! !
Thank you!! I do it for yoy guys!!!
Stumbled into this vid. Well, your carb hat build vid. Then searched your videos to see it running. Glad to see your ok. Also, i appreciate your honesty. Seriously, these kinds of conversations helps all of us to slow down. Double check everything. So you can now say you have one (HOT PATINA) 🔥 🥵 thank you for this video.
I really appreciate your comment my friend and I am happy you took the time to watch and listen. And yes this car has returned in the more recent vids!! I catch you there 😉
uum,.. thats just sooo wrong... chevy into a ford body,..thats an imposter,.. a cloke,..an inbomination....get a real shell...
Lol blasphemous you say?
Sexy!
Hello im a heavy diesel mechanic. I have a old 7.3 idi working on a p pump conversion moded the custom timing cover to except the pump in the vally. The intake is custom i made a sheetmetal tube intake for itthats has the same blower you have on it. The heads are ported where the prechamber use to be modded for the cummings injectors. Pistons changed. Heads are studded and a special bar that bolts to the front of the block top were vavle covers are to back of head/block to give extra head clamping force. Highly modded vavle. covers. Im still working on upgrading the oil pump and a few other things. Still in building process.
That is complete madness..... I love it. You are a maniac! The p-pump is def a must. The factory pump is so small that it is basically useless. I'm looking at getting a stanadine pump that is juiced up for this one in the future. 😎
Sick! Mod everything 😊
Mod the world or world of mod... mod-ness
Cool
Thanks!!!
Nice
Thanks for watching! Hope I got a sub 😀
Hell yeah
Thanks!
@3:00 So sad, I was really looking forward to you reviving the 3.8 v6 .....now that was a hot swap
I know it's just to far gone :(
I love projects like this. Not worrying about being a pretty boy and not using crazy expensive parts. That thing is going to rip! The ls is such a nice engine to deal with. After going to ls fest I just can't help but think it's the perfect engine for everything. Small timer content like this is what youtube was made for. Now that there is so much big production cooperate content on here, it's refreshing to see stuff like this.
Thanks homie. This is personally my first experience swapping it cross platform brand. Once the car is set up then I'll be laughing. Thanks for watching!
