Thank you for your question my friend, ok so literally the only thing that separates these two is the price.....they are SO close in terms of smell and SO close in terms of performance....if you have the funds then purchase the Mancera, but if you are on a budget then get the Lattafa. If you are likely to wear it often then go with the Lattafa because you will feel comfortable with spraying it so often and not concern yourself about how much you are getting through. To be fair though launo million elixir is £18 well spent….a remarkably similar scent and a very respectable performance….😉🥳…..JL

And the performance is excellent….my work colleague has this one and on a day when he wears it I can smell it coming off him right up to middle of the afternoon…. First hour and a half it’s very good and then it gets a lot closer but more than a skin scent….to be fair for the price it really works hard….👌…..JL

Thank you for your comments, to be honest it’s a gorgeous and very addictive scent that maybe many men would say is feminine leaning but I wear it often because I adore the smell. I guess you could experiment with other fragrances layered, perhaps try it with something a bit earthy like final edition to make it more unisex….but I can’t see any harm in trying to find a layering partner…. @@JONLEGG there's just no way. Are you familiar with nose fatigue? I have the same problem with instant crush. I don't smell it at all after a few hours of wearing it but it lasts well over 12hrs. Synthetic fragrances do that all the time to our noses

I understand the nose blindness thing and I’m starting to think that my skin is eating this particular fragrance because I keep asking people if they can smell it on me and they can only smell it right on the skin…. But maybe I accept that it is just me and not the fragrance….😬….JL

@@JONLEGG do you moisturize your skin and how many sprays do you do? That matters big time. I lotion my skin 2 times a day and stuff lasts all day on me. Makes a huge difference. If u got dry skin your skin will absolutely absorb it so quick

Nivea for men is applied twice a day, and I do 4 sprays around my neck, a couple on the chest, one on each arm, one on the top of my head and haze over T-shirt….crazy thing is that Maison Alhambra Myth (a clone of Invictus legend) goes all day for me….so my conclusion is that it’s not this fragrance at fault but rather the way my skin deals with it…..🙃…..JL

Thank you for your question my friend, it is certainly an attention grabbing fragrance, spray generously over nicely moisturised skin and haze plenty across your clothes and this will get the job done. Whereas Eros is considered a clubbing fragrance due to its piercing sweet projection….this one does have a sweetness to it but it has a nice twist to it….wearing this one you will stand out 😉….best wishes from JL

It projects for about 1.5 -2.5 hours….skin is all day, clothes next day and after the projection time is another 2-3 hours of a scent bubble….😉…..JL

@JONLEGG The brand seems to be a wonderfully middle of the road fragrance brand that people can reliably trust. I have had some real bad frags from other middle eastern brands. 🤣

Thank you for your comments my friend, Joop divides the camp….to some it is loud, screechy and smells kinda cheap but to others (myself included) it is sort of all of those things but in a good way…..it is the sort of fragrance that is still so popular that all fragrance counters have a tester bottle…. I suggest that you maybe try it next time you are passing one, as it might be something that you could deal with and get results from…..😉….. best wishes from JL

@JONLEGG When you compared it to Ted Lapidus Pour Homme, you sold me. I love that one. I just got YSL Kouros in the main last night and that was sooooo similar to Lapidus Pour Homme in many ways. At the very least Joop seems like it will have honey notes I enjoy.

I’m not exactly sure….but I did browse through their website and there’s a lot of Japanese words and symbols…but when I looked at the ‘our heritage’ section it didn’t say that they were Japanese origin…. So I’m confused 🫤 ….anyway I’m impressed with their fragrance….JL

@JONLEGG I have a superdry shirt somewhere, and when I bought it, I was told it was a Japanese brand. It's good to know that their fragrances are decent.
