Note: at some point I mention 5 min penalties after leaving a Battleground, seems like this is half an hour now. Still, it's too easy for people to just sit and wait in spawn for battlegrounds to end, so there is more needed to punish inactivity in the Battleground.

What is your take on rush of agony vs dark convergence?

Could you explain why Dark Conversion feels so weird to use? Like it only works if you wait for the whole animation, unlike Vigor or Vibrant Shroud. It's impossible to get it to animation cancel. What am I doing wrong? It even feels like it's stopping me from bar swapping when I cast it.

Thanks for the guide. Two questions please: if you are using sth like dunmer, how many recovery glyphs would you go for? 1? Second one- is there any merit in being a vampire, particularly for bgs since you lose your mitigation cps? I find cyro and ic fine without vampirism but overall resists and health is low in bgs. Good builds, mate. I recently tried a 47k hp sorc build with last King torc Mythic. It's was pretty strong. Just food for thought, you might be able to whip something up to cater to your playstyle 🔥

Absolutely terrible new format, battlegrounds are ruined. Gone is any incentive to get better at PvP or working to improve your build, why bother when you get carried by seven other mediocre players. Winning is practically accidental, there's no team coordination or cooperation, no strategy, no individual contribution. Matches only last 5 minutes why bother with a 15 minute clock. 4v4 is a joke, postage stamp map where one team just scrubs the other then you wait it out. Whoever proposed this change should be fired, it is the worst thing theyve done in the two years I've played. Bring back 4v4v4 as an option at least. I for one won't be spending any more money here, when they ruined my favorite part of the game I started looking for a new game to play. Throne and liberty looking pretty good right now.

Nice , but iam always get chased by try hard groups , i see you dont have any speed . Iam having even celerty and boundless storm and cant get away lol . Its impossible to stand my ground if you get attacked by 3-5 skilled players who clap you in a few moments cant even get away lol . They got me right back with all my speed buffs and streaks . And pc eu ? I see some familiar names , and you know it to yellows are so trash lol . And this is in BR lol thats easy mode go Gh

I retired ESO and am working an Indie project with my usual playtime. ZOS doesn't listen to prominent PVPers. The game is a PVE game solo, but online together. Was a fun 7-8 years, but I'm pretty much done.

The bgs dont even work, spent 1hr 30 mins in queue, found 3 bgs. All 3 of them did not fill. Absolute trash of an update. This was after the "hotfix" btw.

I strongly disagree with your perception of Capture the Relic or Domination not being PvP. They're PvP game modes. If you want to fight people, you have Cyrodiil, Imperial City, and dueling. Battle grounds is the one place where we can have PvP games. Everything doesn't need to be a death match.

This new BGs might be ZoS's biggest slap in the face of those who enjoy PVP. 4 v 4 you farm are you be farmed. Either the other teams doesn't even want to jump down to fight or my team members are afraid to jump down and fight. 8 v 8 is really all over the place with 3 healers in every group. The least they can do is make it 3 teams per BG again. Imagine Cyro with only 2 alliances, it wouldn't work either.

Can we just GET RID OF HEAL STACKING?! Why can 8 people all stack the same healing over time spell relentlessly.

I hope this will be good. I think like BGs are the best small group PvP currently unless we are lucky to run into another small group in GH on a rss. Way too many ball groups and IC is very quiet. And ppl leaving for the other new mmos even though imo the combat is kind of lame in those. I think they should fix IC - that’s the best place for real deathmatch on whatever group size we want so they should make an effort to make it rewarding to go there.

I definitely prefer the 2 team format opposed to the 3 team, and I’m hoping eventually we can get queues for groups and solos seperate

I really dislike that the timer for camping is two minutes - it should be 30 seconds/1 minute at most. There have been so many matches were salty players decide that they'll get their own "win" by simply camping and stalling the match for everyone, including the people spectating and getting warnings about being "inactive". So less time for camping and more penalty time for deserting would be nice. Oh, and fixing the Q bug for 4v4 would be nice too.

I'm really not looking forward to these maps and formats... The server already can't handle 12 players so I don't see it handling 16... Maybe it's different on PC... But more than two healers in a bg already causes lag and if someone uses that stupid red tether, it's almost unplayable... I really hope I'm wrong because I almost only log in for bgs because I love them and if it becomes unplayable, so will the game for me...
