Hi, I have A DRC-10 which comes up with the lighting bolt and 00950, when we tried a new handpiece, the DRC-10 D2, it did the same. I can't find the erro codes for this other than an upgrade to DN3

Had to deal with one of these a couple weeks ago. Really wish I knew there was a special tool for it.
