I have the non-Pro version of the BIGBIG WON Armor-X and am trying to use it with my Xbox Series X. I can’t get the dongle to connect to my laptop to install the firmware-the light just keeps flashing white no matter what I do. I’ve searched everywhere for information, but all I can find is guidance for the Pro version. I’ve tried holding down every single button combination for over 10 seconds, but nothing works. I’ve followed all the steps in the manual and tried every troubleshooting tip I could find. My emails to BIGBIG WON support haven’t been returned, and I’m feeling completely stuck. Can anyone help me update the firmware on the dongle and controller and get them to connect? I’ve had this device for about 8 months now and haven’t been able to use it properly. I’m desperate for a solution.

The episode h6pro has 28ohms and 127 db sound pressure it has Amaxing volume stop using rubbish usb in box adapters or standard plug ins use a real dac amp for all headphones soundblaster or Fiio or ifi etc the tab dongle with the hyper x us garbage . Both Riis and hyierx are capable of defending you with way too much volume. Wen used currrctly with an amp. Riis is much easier to drive loud due to 38os and 127db the hyperx is 65ohms and around 99 db. The episode h6 pro openback and the hyper x alpha s are on par with each other as gaming headsets both have great tubes volume angrier drivers and soundstage different sound signatures.. run them via a soundblaster g6 or a Fiio k11 real hifi quality dac amps

Just got one today and had that audio issue. After recalibrating i can now hear audio , thank you 🙌

Thanks for the vid! I have the Armor-x and it's able to turn on the series x. Strange that yours doesnt turn on the console. You may want to try putting the usb dongle in one of the feont USB ports. That's where I have mine. If that doesnt wor, try updating the firmware on the armor-x through the mobile app.

How do i update the firmware? And do i update the console firmware or the controller?
