I think what Chris means by Filterable is that if on confluence, you have a list of allowed software, a user should be able to filter to the type they are currently interested in, along with the Preferred status (as opposed to Phasing-Out/Accepted). The list is paginated, so searching for software is difficult at the moment, you have to keep scrolling to the very bottom until everything has loaded, then use your browser search.

Thanks for this. Getting this to work with Excerpt/Include Excerpt, but _not_ with Table Excerpt and Table Excerpt Include. For some reason no named table excerpts are found when I try to use Table Excerpt Include. Any tips for troubleshooting? I could add my tables to Excerpt too, instead of Table Excerpt, but then they are not treated as tables for e.g. the Table Transformer macro on the page where I import them)

What if we raised request on behalf of ? So it should fetch asset for reporter or for the one we raise on behalf of ?

Does not work for Data Center and Service Desk

I tried defining the AQL in the attributes mapping for hours and it never worked, I just realized that it was a curly brace rather than a paranthesis. This was due to the screen resolution (720p), I couldn't tell the difference. Hope I save someone else a headache by calling that out.

I have a question. I have a costumfield where i can input de reporter. This costumfield is made because of de Active Directory. To this reporter i have made in the same schema a conncection with a laptop. I want to use the second costum field to show the laptops of the reporter in de second costum field. When i try to configur the issuecope with objectType = "Laptop" AND "Assigned To" = ${"COMPANYNAME Medewerkers.label"} i get a error that The AQL query contains one or more placeholder values that are invalid or incorrectly formatted. Please help me with this problem

Hello, very good material about JIRA, as far as possible we look forward to more. I have a question about a point, in case there are objects inside other objects. For example, there is a family of objects with the name of computers and inside it there is the notebook, mini PC, and others. But in the field when I put the item parent computers it does not see when opening a ticket the items below even though they are visible there in the ASSETS. We would have some way to group all these fields there in the AQL park filter when the user was going to choose everyone in his possession appeared regardless of the family?

I've come back to this walk-through after successfully importing a number of assets correctly (because it's better than any documentation). Based on how you initially created assets, exported and then imported them, I have attempted a step further where I have created an asset that is assigned to multiple persons (my 'People' list resides in a separate schema). When I export the asset the attribute where there is a multiples-scenario comes into the csv with the multiples separated by 2 pipes as expected -> || (i.e. Scooby Doo||Shaggy) After deleting the asset in my schema then attempt to re-import this asset back into the schema (as you did early on in this video), neither person is included in my newly-created asset. Have you attempted an import with multiple objects assigned to an asset? I have to assume it is the mapping but cannot get it functional. Would love to hear if you've been successful on this.

Hello sir currently I am using Invision Community v5 (beta2) and it's before I was using v4.7.18. Recently I switched to v5 beta 2. After switching I am facing some problems like plugin option is not showing, site crashes when I upload any application like live messenger , error when I upload new themes. Spot on Jimi! Thank you for your "Rant"! This is a very frustrating move by Atlassian and will definitely cause the organization I work for to re-asses our use of Assets. Since building our instance out, we have just under 49,000 objects and predict a 12% increase in 2025 due to acquisitions. That will put us over the magical 50,000 limit and will mean consumption charges. utterly ridiculous.

What can I do when the field to import has unlimited cardinality, that is, several values ​​can be used, for example? I have an X server and this server has several applications installed: APP1||APP2||APP3, how do I get them to appear if application is an object? When importing, it does it correctly if the server only has one application, if it has more, it does not add any value.

Hello Jimi! Great video as usual! Question though, can you make a form dependent on the choice made in a cascading field? For example, looking to create a single request type that will have a set of cascading fields; Field 1 would be "INCIDENT", Field 2 would show a choice of "Compliance", "Security", "Network". Can you tie different forms to to choice 1, 2, or 3? So a different form would show if Compliance were selected? Love your videos!!

How would you make this work using this: objectType in objectTypeAndChildren("Versions") AND "Product" = "$customfield_10204.label" in the Filter Issue Scope field? My company has multiple proacts and I have made the all children of the Version Object.
