Welcome back to another renovation! We completed this bathroom back in November 2024. We had just finished the half bathroom renovation and our kitchen was being remodeled as we did our bathroom. Eventually we did work in the bathroom and the kitchen during the same time . Let us know how we did 😀

Cozy days and dessert. I could eat this daily. Cherry crumble pie recipe: Cherry Filling 21/2- 3cups frozen cherries ½ cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Dough 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup butter (grated) 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ cup granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 egg 2-3 teaspoons cold water Add all of the filling ingredients to a large pan. On medium heat allow to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often. Once the sauce has thickened, set the pan aside to cool. Preheat oven to 375°F For the crust, add the flour, powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix them together and add in the cold butter and the egg. Work the butter into the flour (I use my hands). Press about 1/3 of the dough down into the bottom of the prepared pan with parchment paper. Once the crust is pressed, add the filling on top of the crust. Spread the filling evenly. Addthe remaining dough, crumbling it on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the crumble on top has started to turn a nice golden color. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
