    Thank you very much for discovering your channel. I'm just starting out, but I can already see positive results. I have one question, does being left-handed have any impact on this? If you start with coloring the right part, should a left-hander do the opposite?

    • @neuroartproject

      @111111111113759 ooh very interesting question. i am not aware of any studies about a special impact on left-handed people. I recommend experimenting for yourself. This was very informative…thank you. Is there a rule about how slowly or quickly the lines should be made? Maybe i’ve seen too many videos but some people say you should draw the line in 3 or 4 seconds. It doesn’t seem like that would be very in tune with trying to feel what’s going on inside.

    • @neuroartproject
      @neuroartproject หลายเดือนก่อน

      @winterlude100 you can draw as slow or fast as works for you. i always recommend slowing down. the thing that we do for 3 or 4 seconds is the so called "catharsis" which is the scribble or outburst of emotion and energy that we use in some drawings...

    Hello teacher! First I want to say that I love your work and want to thank you for teaching us. I just started learning this tool and I am liking it a lot. Lately I have been angry and decided to use this technique but because of my feelings, I rushed to draw the lines and they weren’t curved, just more straight and I was drawing fast, then I began to fill some areas with little circles in a fast pace too, then by the moment I had to round the corners, I felt better and then even better while coloring. So, should I do a meditation before drawing when feeling this way? Thanks in advance.

    • @neuroartproject
      @neuroartproject หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello. It's great that you found this method and also that you observe yourself and see how you are acting when you are angry - fast...so you might see where in your life this pattern shows up and reflect if you want to change it. I think it can be beneficial to meditate, but more so I would recommend taking deep breaths and consciously slowing down whenever you feel the pattern of being fast come up. I hope this helps. If you want to study in more depth, I recommend starting with the Neurographica Basics course. There we work a lot with how to dissolve negative emotions and how to observe our patterns of reaction. I have watched a neurographic course by some russian lady called anastasia a. (in English) and she said that each colour has its own meaning, for example, if you want to get rid of a financial problem and your drawing is about it, you should use blue and yellow, etc. I wonder if Piskarev has said anything about it? she disabled the question function so i could not ask her directly and that's why I am asking you :)

    • @neuroartproject
      @neuroartproject หลายเดือนก่อน

      @MelynaSaulegraza i think this was her personal interpretation. there are 2 specific courses where we work with colors in an intentional way according to different knowledge systems - NeuroColor (Chinese 5 elements) and NeuroMandala (the 7 chakras). These are what Pavel often uses... I do however believe that color can have different and unique meaning for each person and even be different each day... i would not focus too much on a specific interpretation but rather feel if it is true for you - how does it resonate in your body, emotions, what do you associate with it??

    I am AuDHD and I have complex PTSD. I've been looking for a video with simple instructions for this. Know the theory. I know what the results are and I know the reason behind it. But personally, I need a visual reference similar to this but it's too busy for me as an opener. I see that this particular video has worked for a lot of people as I've read them the comments which is wonderful. But I was just wondering if you could help me out with a fellow Channel or someone that explains this in a little more concrete. I guess what I mean is my way of learning is different. What does the circle mean? What does the square mean? Why do we need to put them there? Why are some of their different colors? Why do certain things have a different color and other things don't? I get the general idea is a process but if I don't understand the process first before going into it, I can't do it. I suppose that comes from my complex trauma needing everything predictable beforehand.

    You may not know this and not sure if you check comments down the road after you post these but across the United States there's a woman myself has been watching you who's going through a horrible life-changing divorce at the age of 50 and if it wasn't for some of your videos and the meditations and the neurographic art that I've been into for a few years but never actually put it into practice for healing but just know you were reaching somebody who really looks forward to just hearing your voice every day. Thank you
