ATX power supply hack | SG6105DZ | Part-2
Hack ATX power supply based on SG6105DZ IC .
SG6105DZ IC have inbuilt voltage protection ( over voltage and under voltage ) and current protection( short circuit ) . So in this video we have hacked this voltage protection using resistor to divide the voltage (voltage divider ) on all three voltage sense pins which is :
2nd pin for 3.3v
3rd pin for 5v
7th pin for 12v
And to vary the voltage , we have used potentiometer on 17th pin with the ground .
Make sure to remove the resistor which is connected to pin 17 with the ground , otherwise this hack will not work.
And to hack over current protection just open or remove the resistors as shown in the video then it can be used to run motors like 775 , 555 etc.
Note : Be careful while working with high volt supply .

Sir meine ye same ic me adapter se ye process kia. Or mughe 20volt tak mil raha tha par ek bar chala ne ka baad maine jab wapas on kia tab ic ke 2nd no pin par 3.3v show na hoke 0.11 volt show kar raha hai. Ab mai kya karun Sir please jabab dijiya😢😢😢😢😢😢

Hi, Im in a bit of a predicament. The ass clown who I bought my 400W (200W sub + 100W + 100W) TDA 7294 board from is unreachable and I dont have any input voltage mentioned on the amplifier board for connection. What would the input voltage be incase I have to get a transformer made ? I also have a 3way tone control + LP bass filter board which came along with it to be connected.
Better to go with 18-0-18/ 10 amps
How did you come to the conclusion 18-0-18 can you pls explain ?
@@manavchowdhury1337 I've done a lot of research on TDA7294 circuits and have tested 24-0-24 and 30-0-30 configurations. The TDA7294 gets quite hot even in idle conditions and has a risk of breakdown. Therefore, considering the safe operating area, use 18-0-18 and ensure a minimum current of 10 amps. Only then can you safely and effectively use the TDA7294 IC

Very helpful, since I did not remove my under voltage protection, so if there's a short the under voltage protection kicks in and protects the supply, no need for short circuit protection anyways

Tda 2030 ic agr bridge mai hai toh vo 4 ohm or 8 ohm pai kitna kitna output degi
Tda2030 bridge ko aap 4 ohm par nahi chala skte. Aapko 8 ohm ka load use krna hoga. If power supply and heatsink achchha hai to bridge connection aapko 8 ohms par 30watt de skta hai

Yes we can adjust current also but it will limit the total current to max 2A . Or u will need to use costly components and little bit complex circuitry to vary 10A current
So, from what i understood, i dont speak hindi😁, i need to remove PIN 4 resistor to avoid IC protection, i dont need a variable voltage power supply, only i need 12v without shutting down the atx, PIN 2, 3 and 7 hack is necessary too?

Agar aap components ka value change kroge to frequency response and kaafi chize change ho jaegi. So better hoga k jo calculated values hai vahi aap use kariye

Which ohm subwoofer should properly work ? I made this circuit with low pass filter. And I give 18-0-18 volts. I have two subwoofer 4 ohms. When I connect one there are some clipping on high volume. Then I series two subwoofer (4 ohm + 4 ohm) , Then it has no clipping.. Is this a compulsory for giving 8 ohms ? Or increase the wattage of the speaker will work? One speaker is 100 watts and the other is 50 watts.
TADA 2030/2050 is not made for 2 Ohm load. So if you apply a load of 4 Ohms in bridge mode then 2-2 Ohms will be divided in both the ICs. So it's better to use an 8 ohm woofer in bridge mode .
