Does anyone know why he turned completely white? I remember he used to a beautiful shade of dark grey when he was competing

I wish they would take down those hay racks in the stall - most barns don't have them especially the new barns - they can be very dangerous - a horse (especially a feisty like "I'll have another) can get their hoof/leg caught in the grates which has been known to happen. If you read these posts "Old Friends" please consider this. I admire what you do greatly!! Thank you!

And in their eyes, you see the spirit of God. Love, honesty, loyalty, & friendship. A willing partner. Life without a horse 🐴 is empty, & sad. God graced me with these magical creatures. Happiness is a horse.❤❤

He looks way too young to be retired! My only bet ever on a horse race was I'll Have Another to win the Derby in 2012. (I was not there; it was at a casino.) Can't remember the odds, but it was around 15:1.

Just went to visit charm at old friends this past week. Charm has his tongue hanging out sometimes due to dental surgery he had recently. Other than that, he looked great and relaxed. He's showing his age some, but he's 30!! Glad he's gotten to live a long healthy life and deserved his retirement home. Fun fact, Touch Gold who beat him in the belmont in 97, is at old friends too! So the old rivals ended up together on and off the track.
