Hi! Around 10:30 when you connect the keg, how come the red switch isn't in horizontal position? I thought if it's vertical it is degassing the keg
Now I see that at 12:30 it's vertical :| I will go with that then
Do you have experience with the Lindr Cold Bridge H?

Miloši a co používáš za čistící prostředek na výčepní kohout a výčepní sklo
Hello, I bought the Pygmy 25k , using it with a CO2 bottle, After serving 2 beers perfectly I get a lot a foam, any Idea how can I fix this ?
I would advise you contact us on 01484 340800 and we can advise. Usually this is due to incorrect pressure for the specification of the beer and considerations need to be given to the ambient temperature of the keg. Please call us and we can advise accordingly.
Do you Need Gas or not? Are there 2 Versions and is there a Difference im using Gas or Not?
Hi Alexander, the 25k can be used with gas (see link below how to connect), however there is also an internal compressor should you wish to not use gas. Gas would be used in conjunction with steel kegs as it prolongs the life of the product. The compressor is best used with polykeg or key keg (a keg with internal bag) as the air squeezes the product through the lines. The compressor air doesn't come into contact with the product which prolongs the shelf life of the product and minimises oxidation. Connecting Gas: th-cam.com/video/BpEbYKcRik8/w-d-xo.html
I have emailed you regarding the applicability of this product
Do Nukataps fit this unit?
Hi Tim, the Lindr unit thread accepts 5/8 fittings. You may have a speed of flow issue unless you have a compensator fitted. We would recommend speaking to our technical team on 01484 340800 do they can offer the best advice.
What is the active ingredient in the line cleaner? Is it sodium percarbonate based?
Hello, you can find a product information sheet on the ingredients on the prosan website. Their product information download can be found here: proton-direct.co.uk/public/2017/01/Prosan-Plus-45.pdf
Will Nukataps fit onto this unit please?
Hi, we would advise you speak to one of our technical team who can advise you on specific taps. They can be reached on 01484 340800.
This was working very well but after 2-3 weeks of use the compressor started to make a HELL of a noise. Still working but everytime compressor starts it makes everyone in the room jump. Same problem with Lindr 70K NEW with 2 taps.
Hi David, sorry to hear this. Please contact our technical team and they will be happy to assist you and diagnose if there is a fault.
How much is this model and best place to purchase plz and thanx 😀😀😀
Hi Ste, all our models can be found here: www.brewfitt.com/product-category/home-bar/lindr-dispense-home-bar/lindr-units-lindr-dispense-home-bar/ The 25K is on backorder at the moment but you can still order and the team will advise how quickly we can get a unit delivered.
@@BrewfittLtd OK thanx I'll take a look 👍
How to order this items
Hello, you can visit brewfitt.com or click on the link in the description to be taken directly to the Lindr units.
is there a suggested length for the beer line?
Hello, we always suggest as short a line as possible as the longer the product line the longer the product is exposed to ambient temperatures.
Informative video thanks but please bottles are for babies its a CO2 cylinder 👍🏽
Brilliant video, can you use silicone grease on the o rings, mine is still stiff after cleaning thanks.
If the tap is still stiff after a clean it might be that there is still some residual dry beer in the tap body causing the mechanism to be stiff. To reduce this we would recommend opening and closing the tap a few times while in the solution so the fluid comes into contact with everything the beer touches to free this up. Also - If the unit has been stood for any length of time the seals can become dry and stiff but after a few open and closes it will free. You can use grease if it is really stiff but you must ensure it is food safe and plenty of water is flushed through before connecting onto the beer to ensure nothing ends up in the product.
@@BrewfittLtd it's the first component that's the problem, I have to physically knock it out with something heavy, same on reassembly, all looks clean internally, seems the o ring is too big thanks.
@@neilbirkett835 Hi Neil, we would advise you contact our technical team as this seems unusual, you can reach them on 01484 340800,
Hello there , how many beers can you serve continuously chill ? You have to wait between servings ?
Hello, the unit can serve 25 litres per hour and you can expect consistent cold temperatures. For domestic use you shouldn't expect to have to wait between servings.
If using this set up with no gas on a key keg, would the key keg have to be refrigerated to get the maximum life?
Hi James, the keg can be kept at an ambient temperature and the unit is designed to serve cold from ambient. By keeping the keg cold it would prolong the life but it is not a requirement for the unit.
So helpful!! Thank you!!
got one of these a while ago and fitted today, after installing all i get now is froth
Hello, yes we would advise to stick with the 5/16 and also manage the flow control to ensure it is not coming through too fast. If you would like to speak to our technicians please call us on 01484 340800 and they will be pleased to walk you through the process.
@@BrewfittLtd thank you i have tried 3/8 then 5/16 then 3/16 at 3 feet long all using a flow controller,i get loads of foam and the beer goes flat very fast, but using just the lindr the beer which is stella comes out superb and tastes amazing
@@fester. Hi Fester, we would advise you call our technicians on 01484 340800 to discuss your setup in further detail and we can see where we can help.
Is the connection kit discontinued? I can't reach the storekit for the product.
Hi, apologies, we launched our new website and shop last week so the links had expired. These have all been updated now. Thank you.
In theorie this is a nice idea, however....there is no cold water circulation between the cooler and the tap, so if the tap is not pouring for 30min the heat exchange is going to cause foaming of the beer until the hot beer is out of the lines. That just seems like a lot of wastage....do you have a solution for this?
Hi Brandon. We use 3/16 as an internal diameter (under 2mm) meaning the amount of product held between the cooled unit and back of the tap will be in the region of 2ml, meaning it will have minimal detrimental effect to the overall temperature. A standard pint holds 568ml.
just received my 25 twin tap,one if the taps is slightly twisted and doing my ocd no good is it possible to straighten, thanks
I have a Lindr connected to a corny keg of homebrew ipa on Co2. Keg temp around 8C and tried serving at various pressures and gettin loads of foam and bubbles in the line. Max i have gone is around 20psi. What would be the optimum pressure? Thanks.

@@tomfpv1982 the most recent keg on i set at 18psi to begin and have left it at that rather than higher for carbing then dropping. Serving ok for now. Thanks
Am thinking of buying a double lindr unit, can I use both taps this way and can I split one of them as I have bar tap in and outside my bar. What's the maximum length I could go with the lindr pipe? Thanks
The product feed should be as short as possible to retain the cooled temperature of the product and reduce waste when removing the lines for cleaning.
I've cleaning my dispenser & mistakenly had it switch it now seems frozen can it be fixed

looks spot on,why would i buy one of these instead of a pub cooler, pro's & con's,thanks
Hello, the Lindr unit is ideal for home use, it doesn't require coolant, is plug and play and can be used with or without gas. It's ready to pour in less than 10 minutes and kegs don't need to be pre chilled.
@@BrewfittLtd just ordered a Lindr Pygmy 25/K Exclusive (2 Tap) Draught Dispenser, been told the front lights up

Hello, my tap is leaking some drops after serving one beer. How do you solve this? Thanks in advance.
Hello, please contact our technicians on 01484 340800 and they will be happy to help you troubleshoot and find a solution.
I know steel kegs don't last long without CO2, how long to keykegs and plykegs last on the inbuilt compressor? thanks
Hi Gary, it's always best to check with the brewer as each drink is different, however typically you can expect the beer to last approximately 4-6 weeks.
Has anyone thought to make adapters for perfect draft kegs - given they use the same principle as a keykeg? I assume blade kegs are the same.
Good question! Especially as that would be great for smaller/home use. There are adaptors like this one: www.tireusesabiere.fr/adaptateur-5-litres-design-metallique-de-haute-qualite-avec-robinet-d-arret-pour-la-biere/a-452065/
In fact I've just dived in and ordered a pygmy and a 5l adaptor, but I've got no idea what to expect! @Brewfitt Limited, any chance you could make a handy video to show this in action!? 😜
@@robinknipe that adapter isn’t for a PD barrel because it has a dip tube. Presumably it’s for those mini kegs that you hack to work on a draught setup
Ah yes, PD is pre-pressurised isn't it!?
@@robinknipe Yes - the beer is in a foil bag and the container is pressurised with air which forces the product out - exactly the same as a poly/keykeg
Will this work with any keg, like Guinness or carlsberg ?
Hello, thanks for getting in touch. Guinness will need the Ale/Stout kit (available from our website) including a gas feed due to the nature of the product being housed in a steel keg. We would recommend speaking to our technicians to explain this further. Carlsberg would also need a gas feed and regulator if it is in a steel keg. Any product housed in a polykeg however will not need any of this equipment and will simply connect and dispense via the internal compressor.
Wish I’d seen this before I bought my blade and perfect draft maybe Santa will bring one 😂
How can I disconnect a full keg, and drain the lines and drain the machine - so that I can transport the Lindr system cleanly without dripping liquid everywhere?
Hi Samantha, please take a look at our cleaning video on our channel. It demonstrates how to do all of the above.
th-cam.com/video/YKXV0-c-_rw/w-d-xo.html
How it works, to take of the Steelcover from the Cooler?
We would not recommend removing the cover.
@@BrewfittLtd a line at the connection is leaking or not properly connected. I would like to repair it, but the cover on the cooler doesn’t get to the point where it’s leaking.
@@mikereihs5429 Hi Mike, we would suggest you contact our technical team on 01484 340800 where we can advise you.
Does the K70 needs a co2 bottle or is there any model without using co2
Hi Addy. None of the models we sell are required to have CO2 lines unless using steel kegs. The machines are fitted with a compressor that essentially squeezes the internal bags of the polykegs. If you are using the machines commercially then it is advised to use co2 lines however.
Hello, thank you so much for the video, very clear explanations. I have bought the pygmy 25 with a type A coupler for a traditional stainless Steel 30L cask. If i only use half the cask, will the remaining beer loose its flavor due to the air filling the other half of the cask? Many thanks in advance for your advice...🙂
Hello. When beer is exposed to oxygen it only takes a few days until the oxidation process begins to affect the taste. To avoid this we would advise you consider using a gas feed to prolong the life. The machine has an air compressor as well as a gas feed should you prefer. Finally, we would advise you speak to our technical team on 01484 340800 regarding the safe installation of a gas bottle.
@@BrewfittLtd thank you so much!
What type of cleaning solution is that?
Hi Samantha, you can find it here: www.brewfitt.com/shop/line-cleaning/prosan-plus.html
Hi i want to put john guest elbows on both lines as they go into the machine just to tidy up the pipe work so they sit flush as other wise they stick out of the back, could you advise what size fittings i need for each line pleaser to go in to the machine
Hi David, you need to source a 3/8 John Guest stem elbow. Thank you.
After cleaning and not using another keg is it advisable to leave lines empty or full of clean water
Hi John, we would advise that once you've cleaned the lines that you leave them empty.
Can these poly kegs be refilled as in a home Brew?
Hi Paul, the poly kegs cannot be refilled as they are a food grade item.
Impressive 👍 Can you swap between kegs before they're finished?
Hi, yes you can. Simply uncouple and attach the new keg. You might wish to clean the line beforehand to avoid mixing the contents of the line with the new keg.
@@BrewfittLtd that's great! Thank you! Might be looking to purchase one for my channel 👍🍺
Should you release some pressure from the key keg before uncoupling???
@@davidcardew857 Hi David, yes. Curtis demonstrates how to release the pressure within the video.
@@BrewfittLtd and that is the same if the keg is half full?? The beer in the bag will still be fine?
So, you rightly mentioned that a 30l keg can last you quite a while and that you should clean the dispenser and everything in between. So far, so good. Now in order for the beer to last you a week or longer, you'll have to use a gas bottle instead of the compressor. How does the uncoupling and the coupling work in this case, i.e. when you still have beet left in the keg which presumably needs to stay pressurized in order for the beer not to go bad?
Hi Patrick, the way the keg works in this particular video means that the bag within the keg is pressurised by the air surrounding it, therefore the beer is essentially squeezed out and never comes into contact with the air (until the point of dispense). Whether you use gas or the compressor doesn’t make a difference to the shelf life of the beer. Typically the contents of the keg should last approx 6 weeks however we suggest you check with the supplier of the beer you source.
Can the lines be cleaned halfway through a keykeg? How does the coupler come off if the keg is pressurised?
@@poopo3053 The lines can be cleaned, yes. You will need to release the pressure within the keg first as demonstrated at the 3 minute mark within the video.
@@BrewfittLtd great thank you for that information, does lindr machine accept Heinekens 20l david kegs? In particularly their birra moretti? Or is there any birra moretti available in poly kegs etc where no gas line is needed?
@@poopo3053 Hi, the machine will not accept the david kegs (yet) however Birra Moretti is available in Poly Keg.
You can get key keg cleaning bottle caps now. Purchased one the other day and works fine, so avoids having to change the couplers over.
Connecting up to cider with key keg making a hissing sound not losing any air or discharge of cider just bought a lindr machine yesterday anyone got any thoughts
Hi John, I've forwarded this to our technical team and will advise as soon as they respond.
Hi John. Response from our team: Please make sure the pressure release valve on the side of the keg coupler is fully closed. It’s there so once you have finished your keg you can release the pressure and recycle the plastic keg. Please let me know if this resolves your issue.
how is the noise of the compressor ? loud ?
Hi Alexis, when the compressor is running there is a sound although it's no louder than any other household appliance like a coffee machine for example. The compressor only runs when the pressure needs to top up too and runs for approximately 30 seconds.
@@BrewfittLtd thank you, that is great !
Can you attach a co2 cylinder for better performance ?
Hi George, yes you can attach CO2 to the lindr unit or just use the internal compressor. We have all of the equipment on our shop to be able to install and operate a CO2 bottle and to attach it to a wall. Call us on 01484 340800 for further information.
Hi guys, Can you attach different couplers to the pipe provided? Ordered an S coupler but have a keg that requires a D coupler that I’d like to use too. Thanks! :)
Hi Jay, yes you can use different pipes as they are a standard 3/8 fitment. Thank you.
Do they do Guinness kegs for this 🤔
Hi Derek, we supply Stout kits for the Lindr unit yes. You can buy it here: www.brewfitt.com/shop/ale-stout-kit-for-lindr-cooler.html You just need to get hold of a keg then which shouldn't be too much trouble.
