What if this doesn’t fix the problem…? Impeller magnet was split open the length of the magnet! Thought for sure that was what it would need. Going to start opening it up again and maybe the pump gasket which was about a mm or 2 too long is causing the problem. Pressure switch available ?

Either Ive done this completely wrong or it was never an impeller problem 😕 follows the video step by step but it hasn’t worked for me 🙁

I am so grateful for you taking the time to make this video! Our hot tub wouldn’t start up this week when we got it out for the summer, we were worried we’d need a whole new ‘egg’ but this video has meant I’ve been able to fix it in minutes for a fraction of the price! Weirdly our plastic bit wasn’t broken, but the replacement impeller worked so something must have been up 😂😂

Brilliant instructions! Received my replacement impeller in the post today, fitted it and low and behold the hot tub is working again!! So very pleased! The part I removed was definitely gone - completely split and rusted. Thanks so much 👍😁

Guys. I have had recent issues with the E02 code on Saluspa. Even though I replaced with a new cartridge, E02 still appeared. Then this: ONE ONLY NEEDS TO PUSH THE LOCK BUTTON TO RESET EVERYTHING. Don't need to repair anything. Company won't tell you this. They just want to sell you another spa.

Never use Vaseline as it rots the rubber seal, use silicon grease

I just bought one first pump saluspa cup holder one got error EO2 got the next pump egg one same thing do you think both could be broken like that?? They are sending me a third…. So instead of throwing them out maybe I could buy this well 2 kits !

I have changed the impeller and the flow sensor (entire pipe including sensor) but still running in E02. Any thoughts?

Thanks I had the same problem, but after watching your clip I changed the O-rings at pump connection and the problem was solved. 🌞

Hi Dave mate I changed my impeller due to old one cracked , I turn the new one on spins for 3 seconds then cuts out again , any ideas pal ,cheers

I have flow in out of egg. But when I turn heater on it stays on for 20 or so secs then cuts out. Eo2 error has been playing up on and off for months. Could this be the impeller also??

Hey dave, I followed your instructions and found it relatively easy to do. It seems to have sorted out the error 2 problem I had. Thank you so much for this video. so got the dreaded E-02 done all the usual quick fixes including a descale fitted new seals etc but same issue after running it for about 10 mins where can I get the replacement impeller parts from ?

Thanks for the Video Dave! I have a HydroJet pump, slightly different to pull apart, but it fixed my E02 error! Wouldn't have given it a go without watching this as I am a DIY disaster. I ordered the new impeller from the link in the comments. The impeller wasn't broken, but was clearly worn in places and had discoloured due to the heat. Swapped it out and all good! Thanks!

Any other thoughts what it could be?..filters etc fine impellor replaced and still no luck
