Great video!! I also love the use of greys - it gives the video a very cool-toned feel despite the use of yellows. I feel Goffman's idealization of "face" comes from a very masculine perspective of chunky behavior-correction. From a feminist perspective, this is parallel to the idea of "energetic flow" & how every awkward interaction that requires a new "face" generates a new iteration, or evolution, of the self. Goffman's work seems more focused on the facets of the prismatic view than the mutability. Cheers!!

Love the video! I plan to implement this into my class this semester to help develop more thorough arguments. But I did have a question, thought it may be rather pedantic. When we get to the discussion on Quality (9:35), it seems like establishing definitions becomes a necessity. Quality is asking for evaluative judgements, but how we interpret such things like justice, ethics, value, etc. become crucial. Would you agree that this is a crucial moment to ensure such definitions are understood? I guess Quality makes me question: On the basis of what criteria? Thanks for the video!

This is a great video, and I really value your insight on rhetoric and teaching. Your potential audience on these subjects is by nature fairly limited. I hope you're not too hung up on engagement metrics when you put this stuff out. Everything you've produced has had a lot of value for me. Your work is great. I'd encourage you to remember that you can have a big impact, without "blowing up". If that makes sense? Keep up the good work Tim.

I found out about the good Dr during the very start... of the west hearing reports. But, not being reported on yet...In the middle January of 2020. The only issue I've had with him was that in the beginning he didn't seem openly skeptical about China's reporting, at least until some providence's started reporting minus cases lol. Either way, the guy seems absolutely sincere.

He always managed to get information from a source that was not as obvious to the rest of us and got it so fast as to be suspicious. I fully agree with his views on Vitamin D3 and affects on all viral pneumonias and the prevention of them. However he very much follows the government agenda on covid and I think this is why he got the sources he uses. I also believe that his is a Freemason and will therefore use their agenda to follow . They are those in the authorities that are pushing the vaccine using the virus as an excuse, he steer well away from the actual figures of illness and death only giving out the 'official ' figure that media also are using especially the BBC. These are so far off as to be obviously fabricated. The agenda seems to be population reduction of those that are 'not wanted on voyage' or the useless eaters like me, the retired and the chronic sick , all those that cost money in the NHS are wanted rid of.

Thank you. This helped me understand how to map out my essay. Taking online classes during the pandemic has made it difficult to understand my assignments. I am used to a face to face class, and reading assignments information from the professor isn’t helping me at the moment.
